Who You Are:
You are a curious, whole-brained individual with a sharp ear for listening and a keen eye for detail. You bring at least 2 years of experience in a market research consulting role and have mastered both qualitative and quantitative research techniques. Your ability to gather and analyze data, coupled with your communication skills, allows you to convey insights clearly and effectively to all stakeholderswhether internal or external. You are a critical thinker who thrives in brainstorming sessions and has a passion for consumer research. A deep knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, along with expertise in social media analytics and online data analysis tools like Qlik and Tableau, will set you apart.
What You Will Know Already:
- Consumer Research techniques, including qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Brainstorming and identifying key insights
- Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
- Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and insights clearly
- Experience with social media analytics tools and online data analytics tools such as Qlik and Tableau (a plus)

- Deliver Projects: Successfully complete each project assigned to you within the defined timelines and agreed-upon deliverables.
- Information Gathering: Facilitate the identification of information areas and sources required for each deliverable. Ensure all necessary inputs, data, and information are collected in a timely manner from clients, suppliers, or internal teams.
- Data Analysis: Analyze the information collected using the best methods to deliver insights that address the core objectives of the project.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality and delivered on time, maintaining consistent client satisfaction and delight.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, share findings, and drive business decisions.
What Were Looking For:
- Postgraduate degree in a related field, or a B.Sc. in Statistics (or any relevant degree with a strong knowledge base in market research).
- At least 2 years of experience in market research consulting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in consumer research techniques and strong expertise in data analysis and presentation.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Qlik and Tableau for data visualization is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Summarize and analyse syndicated data to extract meaningful insights, trends, and translate findings into actionable updates.

The Research Operations Manager, Customer & Market insights is the essential backbone of the team, enabling and enhancing team performance through efficiency, training and innovation while supporting the team in the journey of democratizing insight to drive a market orientation across Cytiva. + Ways of Working: Identifying and delivering a program of initiatives to improve team ways of working including opportunities for standardization, the creation of templates, the introduction of new team and business processes and tools including for example AI/ML or other novel approaches.
+ Communications Lead: Create and ensure delivery of a Cytiva business knowledge sharing calendar as well as the Customer & Market Insights team meeting and events calendar, coordinating with the Senior Managers to identify and deliver appropriate content.
+ Training Lead: Create and ensure delivery of a functional (e.g. research techniques and methodologies) and business understanding training and development curriculum based on team audits and consultation with Senior Managers.
