Position Summary:

As a Procurement Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the procurement process by utilizing hands-on experience with procurement software tools to enhance sourcing efficiency, vendor management, and cost optimization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate market trends and forecast procurement needs based on demand planning.
  • Vendor and Contract Management :
  • Assess supplier proposals and performance metrics.
  • Maintain vendor databases and ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing software contracts within Technology

  • Managing a pipeline of scheduled software renewals
  • Leading negotiations for new contracts and amendments
  • Create payment plans for each platform
  • Maintain regular meetings with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and align with their strategy
  • Define and lead supplier qualification, sourcing evaluation, and decision criteria with business stakeholders
  • Manage and execute RFI/RFP’s and act as single point of contact for supplier during negotiations
  • Facilitate technical scope discussions.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts in close collaboration with legal counsel and project team.
  • Enable high level of engagement and collaboration with suppliers
