Position Summary:
As a Procurement Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the procurement process by utilizing hands-on experience with procurement software tools to enhance sourcing efficiency, vendor management, and cost optimization. Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Data Analysis :
- Analyze purchasing trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Generate reports and dashboards using analytics tools (e.G., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Evaluate market trends and forecast procurement needs based on demand planning.
- Vendor and Contract Management :
- Assess supplier proposals and performance metrics.
- Maintain vendor databases and ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies.
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to meet quality and cost targets.
- Process Optimization :
- Implement best practices for procurement workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations, to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
- Software and Tools Management :
