Salary: ₹1.5 Lakhs – ₹2 Lakhs per Month
Experience Required: 10–15 Years
Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical Industry/ Hospital industry – Neurology Division

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head – Business Development (Neuro Division) to drive business growth, strengthen referral networks, and expand our presence across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans for Neuro Rehabilitation Services.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Neurologists, Neurosurgeons, Hospitals, Healthcare Institutions, and Referral Partners.
- Generate patient referral networks and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team to achieve growth and revenue targets.
- Organize doctor engagement programs, CMEs, awareness campaigns, and outreach activities.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to enhance service utilization and patient acquisition.
- Establish strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations and institutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, Healthcare Marketing, or Business Development.
- Strong experience in the Neurology segment with an established network of Neurologists and Neurosurgeons.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in rehabilitation services, hospital marketing, specialty pharma, or healthcare business development will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for business development and relationship-building activities.
