**Title: Senior Developer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud**
Reporting to - Director, IT Applications
**Scope**
Accendra Health is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce development you will participate in and drive Marketing Cloud implementations. While mostly focused on delivery, you may be involved across the entire project lifecycle. An integral part of your role will be working with internal business teams to further our digital marketing through Marketing Cloud usage. You will act as a trusted source of knowledge to advise business in line with Marketing Cloud best practice and its growing number of capabilities to ultimately build a vision for a multi-channel roadmap.
**Responsibilities**

**Solution Implementation:**
+ Utilize knowledge of **Marketing Cloud** to enhance customer-facing and internal processes, mobile connect experience, SMS campaigns, and experience with APIs
+ Develop, configure, implement and data migration working with Marketing Cloud and other integrations
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Marketing Cloud solutions
+ Communicate project concepts and outcomes to client project stakeholders
+ Design and delivery of solutions in Email Studio including A / B testing
+ Design and implement, for automated email/mobile journeys using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio and Journey Builder, and advise clients on how to optimize further
+ Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, such as email marketing, PPC and other marketing conversion metrics
+ Experience in reporting and analyzing email activity using Email Studio reports and Journey Builder. (Nice to have) proficiency with Data Views and Discover Reports within Analytics Builder, Einstein Engagement
+ Design and/or build integrations between Marketing Cloud and 3rd party applications or data sources like Snowflake
+ Conduct user training and actively promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud
+ Track record for delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment, and able to successfully keep to deadlines
+ Take ownership of projects and deliver quality solutions within timelines
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and provide innovative solutions aligned with Accendra Health's core values.
**Integration & Technical acumen:**
+ Build and maintain integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
+ Ensure the quality and performance of the implemented solutions through code reviews, testing, and optimization.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and external data sources
+ Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring platform stability and performance
**Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
+ Ability to work with clients to design customer journeys, and associate data models.
+ **Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders** , most importantly Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio, and ideally also Cloud Pages and Mobile Studio
+ Understanding how to build a custom preference center
+ Conceptual understanding, to be able to establish data models, work with API's and configurations
+ Knowledge of some of the programming languages in SFMC: AMPScript, HTML and CSS, SSJS and/or JavaScript, SQL (andQuery Studio experience) or Guide Template Language
+ Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Cloud, Communities)
+ Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data security principles
+ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. Experience in mentoring team members
**Work Hours:**
+ This role requires working in India Standard Time (IST) hours during a portion of US hours to ensure seamless collaboration with US teams
+ Working hours 2 pm - 11 pm IST/ 3 pm IST - 12 Midnight / 5 pm IST - 2 am IST (will be decided)

**NICE CXone Contact Center - Senior Developer**
**Role Description:**
This is a Senior Developer role working with cross-functional teams and business teams to support and implement agency contact center solutions. Dialer campaigns with integrations to enterprise systems (CRM, Data Platform, etc)
**Responsibilities:**
+ Confident in a client-facing role and possess the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
+ Coordinate and perform release planning, development, testing, and releases on multiple agencies IVR enhancements.
+ Build call flow designs that interact with backend systems using application program interfaces (API).
+ Design and migrate existing IVR dialer campaigns from AcuCall platform to NICE CXone platform
+ Manage NICE BU and provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) input into solution design, and optimization for network solutions.
+ Skills based routing design and implementation for voice, chat, email, and SMS contact center technology
+ Works with the Architecture team to design, develop, and deploy APIs, consume APIs.
+ Understand business requirements with the ability to translate to technical requirements
+ Prepare design documents based on business requirements for the application development
+ Coordinate issue communication and resolution with multiple other tech teams in the event of a problem.
+ Review support tickets with leadership and oversee any support questions from other team members that might be working on one of those agencies' tickets.
+ Act as a SME accessible by other team members to discuss and work through possible ways to achieve or a design a requested IVR enhancement.
**Skills:**
+ 6+ years of hands-on experience of Nice InContact CXone (ACD, IVR, Auto Dialer, OMNI Channel, WFM, Studio)
+ 4+ years of hands-on experience of NICE CXone Studio experience
+ Working Knowledge of ProactiveXS and CXone Dialer Configurations
+ 4+ years of experience in programming in one or more of the following software languages: C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python
+ 5+ years of hands-on experience to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot webservice API calls
**Desired:**
+ Experience in Contact Center Dashboard Creation
+ Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
+ Experience with AcuCall Contact Center Solutions
+ Base knowledge of intersystem networking, and data traffic flow between components.

POSITION SUMMARY

+ Act as a Senior Service Desk Associate of the Global Service Desk as part of Infrastructure Managed Services. Provide first contact support of incoming requests to the service desk via telephone, web portal, email, and chat to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end-user issues.
+ Willingness to work in all different shifts of a 24x7 support organization.
+ Assist users with PC hardware, software, printer, or other IT-related issues.
+ Prioritize incidents and service requests according to defined processes to meet defined SLAs.
+ Serves as a point of escalation for Service Desk Associates.
+ Escalate incidents with accurate documentation to suitable technician, when required.

+ Ensures technical knowledge and remediation steps are documented in process flow guides.
+ Reinforce SLAs to manage end-user expectations.
+ Provide suggestions for continual improvement.
+ Plans, conducts and directs the analysis of business problems with automated systems solutions.
+ Alert management to emerging trends in incidents.
+ Preparing training manuals and FAQ materials for easy-access end-user guidance.
+ Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.

SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Performs additional duties as directed. Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.

+ Strong understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling techniques (e.g., Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Entity-Relationship Diagrams).
+ Expertise in data modeling tools (e.g., Erwin, Microsoft Visio, IBM InfoSphere Data Architect).
+ Hands-on experience with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, SQL, NoSQL).
+ Solid understanding of business process modeling and how data models support business objectives.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ **Prior experience in the healthcare industry** is preferred, including understanding of healthcare data models, regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA), and industry-specific challenges.
+ Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake Is preferred).

**Job Description**
POSITION SUMMARY
Owens & Minor is looking for an Associate System Support Engineer to join the NOC team responsible for monitoring and maintaining over 2000 servers and 3000 network devices located in Owens & Minor locations globally. The Associate System Support Engineer is part of a collective team of engineers which troubleshoot and resolve routine and complex network, server, and OS issues and alerts in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining target system uptimes.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
+ Monitor production and non-production systems are located at Owens & Minor offices, data centers, distribution centers, and warehouses.
+ Having experience of solarwinds, juniper Mist, Meraki, ServiceNow tools.
+ Respond to alerts and event-generated incident tickets effectively and efficiently. Create and use Knowledge Base Articles to investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents.
+ Escalate complex incidents to Networking, Server, and other resources in accordance with established processes and procedures.
+ Review and update status of incidents in ticketing system.
+ Create trouble tickets with carriers for circuit issues.
+ Interface with internal IT groups and business units as needed to achieve incident or problem resolution.
+ Support the Major Incident Management process by participating in bridge calls and working sessions to resolve incidents and problems.
+ Participate in the transfer of information from one shift to the next.
+ Serve as mentor for junior NOC analysts to expand their technical skillset.
+ Must be available to be a part of a 24/7/365 rotational on-call schedule.
+ Experience in document creation based on scenario.
+ Co ordination with different vender for escalation in timely manner.
+ Provide Proactive and reactive support for infrastructure.
+ Having knowledge of basic database monitoring e.g., MSSQL, DB2, Oracle etc.
+ Having knowledge of basic Linux, window, VMware monitoring.
SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Performs additional duties as directed. Effectively accomplishes set goals while primarily working in a remote capacity.
**Qualifications**
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
+ 4 years of experience in a similar role working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or Operations Center in a distributed enterprise environment.
+ CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred.
+ University degree in computer science or technical field preferred.
+ Experience supporting manufacturing/supply chain a plus.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
+ Solid knowledge of infrastructure environments (compute, network, storage, etc.) and how they work.
+ Experience troubleshooting network problems and devices.
+ Experience using monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.
+ Experience troubleshooting Windows Server issues and performance.
+ Familiarity with Red Hat Enterprise Linux preferred.
+ Strong diagnostic skills: ability to assess incident criticality and determine when escalation is needed.
+ Ability to assess and prioritize incidents quickly while under pressure.
+ Familiarity with trouble ticketing systems such as Service Now.
+ Good written and spoken communication skills.
+ Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL best practices.

Day-to-day activities include developing and documenting system specifications, implementing hardware and OS, maintaining high operational uptime stringent SLAs, coordinating with applications and database teams and other operational and project-based tasks please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications listed below.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform tasks necessary to fulfill service level agreements with end-users regarding storage allocations, limitations, security, and availability.
+ Perform and test backups and restores to ensure that enterprise data is effectively protected.
+ Communicate and enforce, through system procedures, data storage retention policies.
+ Follow change control, incident response, and testing processes for modifications to storage appliances and software.
+ Anticipate, mitigate, identify, respond to, and resolve issues with storage devices, storage access, and data retrieval.
+ Monitor, analyze, and predict trends for storage equipment performance, space allocation, and data growth to recommend enhancements to the IT storage team.
+ Remain informed on storage laws, trends, and issues, including current and emerging technologies and best practices; advise, counsel, and educate executive and management teams on their relative importance.
+ Ensure that information storage measures and equipment adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
+ Perform storage server/database transaction and security audits leading to identification and mitigation of security threats to enterprise data. Recommend and implement changes where necessary.
+ Create required reports in response to business user needs.
+ Develop, document, and maintain operational processes and tasks.
+ Understanding of Storage & backup automation Develop and maintain documentation related to patching processes and procedures.
+ Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours patching activities.
Information Technology:
+ Operational expertise with enterprise-class storage systems is a must for this position. Solid understanding of storage architecture design techniques, theories, principles, and practices.
+ Working technical experience with designing, building, installing, configuring, and supporting storage servers and management software.,
+ Hands-on IBM/NetApp/EMC storage troubleshooting experience
+ Hands-on experience in managing VTL E.g. Cybernetics
+ Hands-on experience Cohesity / TSM /IBM defender
+ Hands-on experience on SAN switch management
+ Understanding of Disaster recovery tools & management (VMware SRM /Zerto)
