Roles and Responsibilities
1.Travel & Logistics Management
- End-to-End Booking: Execute and oversee employee travel requests, including hotel accommodations, and ground transportation (cabs).
- Query Resolution: Act as the central point of contact for all travel-related inquiries, providing real-time solutions via phone and email.
- User Enablement: Provide "case-to-case" training and technical support to employees on navigating internal travel portals.
2. Financial & Vendor Oversight
- Audit & Compliance: Meticulously verify travel invoices against bookings to ensure accuracy before submission for payment.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain professional and effective communication with service providers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Policy Stewardship: Ensure all bookings align with company travel guidelines, escalating deviations when necessary.
3. Operational Excellence
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and reports of travel spends and booking patterns.
- Shift Flexibility: Participate in a rotational shift roster to provide continuous support to the workforce

Objective: To drive business development initiatives in Africa Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion : Identify and Open new markets across Africa region. Execute high impact opportunities by expanding market presence.
- Strategic Partnerships : Identify Key business partners in new Africa markets.
- Product Portfolio: Identify and build a Product Portfolio, prepare business cases & launch feasibility analysis.
- Business Negotiations: Finalizing Deals for Product licensing, supply agreements & contract manufacturing.
- Regulatory Coordination : Familiarity with international regulatory frameworks and tender processes, manage & liase with inhouse Regulatory Team.
- Market Research & Analysis: Studying Market Trends, Competition & Pricing Strategies.
- Execution of Strategies : Develop and execute business development strategies tailored to target markets.
- Team Management : Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business goals and execution.
- Sales & Account Management: Strong understanding of International sales, account management & business planning.
- International Travel: Ability to work independently and extensively travel to Africa markets as needed.
- Participation in Trade shows: Attending global pharma expos to network and explore new business opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
B.Pharm and MBA qualified professional with strong exposure to East, West, and North African markets in a B2C business model. The candidate should possess extensive front-end sales and marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth, market development, and customer engagement across these regions.

Role Overview:
- Responsible for developing and executing the company’s investor relations strategy to enhance shareholder value, strengthen investor confidence, and ensure effective communication of the company’s business strategy, financial performance, growth opportunities, and long-term value creation journey.
- The role will act as a strategic bridge between the company’s leadership team, institutional investors, equity analysts, shareholders, and the broader capital markets ecosystem.
- The incumbent will provide insights on investor expectations, market perception, valuation drivers, and emerging trends to support informed decision-making by the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a proactive IR strategy aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives and capital market expectations.
- Investor & Analyst Engagement
- Financial Communication & Disclosure Management.
- Monitor investor sentiment, analyst expectations, peer performance, valuation trends, and sector developments.
- Annual Report and AGM preps.
Key Deliverables / Success Metrics:

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA / equivalent qualification preferred
Experience:
- 10-12 years of experience across Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Strategy, or Capital Markets.
- Experience managing relationships with institutional investors and equity analysts.
- Prior experience in a listed company environment preferred.
- Exposure to healthcare/pharmaceutical sector is advantageous.
