**About the Job:**
As part of the AT&T Governance Enforcement, Assessment and Testing, Third Party Risk, and Emerging Technology Cyber Organization (GATE), you will support the Emerging Technology Team by leading and supervising a team of professionals who design and develop security protocols to safeguard AI systems from malicious actors. Develop tools and processes to analyze and mitigate AI security-related threats and vulnerabilities and implement strategies to defend AI systems against cyber-attacks. Research and evaluate emerging AI security technologies for effectiveness. Audit AI systems for security risks and ensure compliance and consult with stakeholders to ensure the secure deployment of AI systems.

**Responsibilities Include:**
The expert in this role will lead, support and guide team members in technical and functional matters in providing high-quality and actionable products / deliverables. Leads the team to success. Collaborates with leadership teams, provides subject matter expertise and insights. The Lead Cybersecurity in this role will -
+ Design and develop security protocols to protect AI systems from malicious actors.
+ Monitor AI systems and networks to detect potential security threats.
+ Create and implement strategies to protect AI systems from cyber-attacks.
+ Research emerging technologies in AI security and evaluate their effectiveness.
+ Work with stakeholders to ensure secure deployment of AI systems.

**Required skills:**
+ Overall - At least 12+ years of experience in performing security engineering and assessments of complex systems with AI / ML / Data Science capabilities and services
+ 4+ years of experience auditing existing AI or machine learning systems for security risks and compliance.
+ Development and implementation of AI content filtering mechanisms.
+ Deployment and operation of tools and processes to analyze security threats and vulnerabilities in AI or machine learning systems.

+ Process standard service requests such as:
+ User access requests
+ Basic configuration requests
+ Catalog request fulfilment
+ Tenant Application Code Deployment Requests
+ Ensure requests are completed within SLA timelines.
**Monitoring & Alerts**
+ Monitor system alerts, logs, dashboards, and integrations.
+ Acknowledge alerts and initiate predefined recovery actions where applicable.
+ Notify appropriate teams during system outages or performance degradation.
**User Support**
+ Provide first-level support to end users via portal, email.
+ Assist users with navigation and usage of ServiceNow modules.
+ Maintain clear communication with users regarding incident status and updates.
**Documentation & Knowledge Management**
+ Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and runbooks.
+ Create and update knowledge articles for recurring issues.
+ Maintain accurate ticket documentation and resolution notes.
**SLA & Compliance**
+ Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational procedures.
+ Maintain quality and compliance with support standards.
+ Participate in shift handovers and daily operational reviews.

Key Responsibilities
+ Install, configure, harden, and maintain ServiceNow MID Servers on Windows and Linux.
+ Administer MID Server configuration including capabilities, schedules, load distribution, and standard build baselines.
+ Support ServiceNow Discovery and Orchestration by ensuring MID Server health, connectivity to targets, and reliable job execution.
+ Monitor and troubleshoot ECC Queue processing, MID Server status/heartbeats, and integration performance issues.

+ Configure and support MID Servers in proxy-based network environments, including authentication, allowlisting, and connectivity diagnostics.
+ Implement and maintain secure connectivity using TLS, including troubleshooting handshake/certificate-chain issues.
+ Manage certificate lifecycle activities: install/import, renew, rotate, and update trust stores/keystores on Windows/Linux.
+ Develop and maintain operational documentation (runbooks, SOPs) and participate in incident/problem/change processes.
+ Drive operational improvements through automation, standardization, and root-cause analysis of recurring issues.
Required Qualifications
+ Hands-on experience administering ServiceNow MID Servers in enterprise environments.
+ Experience supporting ServiceNow Discovery and Orchestration use cases that rely on MID Servers.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/Linux, networking, proxies, and TLS/certificates.
+ Scripting capability using PowerShell and/or Unix shell scripting (bash/sh) for automation and diagnostics.
+ Ability to work effectively in an operational environment (incident response, change coordination, documentation discipline).
