Position : Business Development Manager/AM
No. of Positions: 2 Positions
Location: Pune
Department : Business Development
Reporting To: Sales Head
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering / MBA
Experience: 8-15 years’ Experience in Sales function for handling Automotive / Plastics / Industrial customers .
CTC Budget: As per the Industry Norms
Exposure: Should have exposure of plant / Manufacturing environment & Customer Handling
Job Role/ Job Purpose:
To realise the strategic direction of Business Development function. To achieve Growth and Profitability goals by ensuring meticulous and diligent approach in preparing and negotiating proposals. Execute Strategy in conformity to company’s Vision and Customer expectations. Promote Brand Culture. Create Opportunities to build culture of Innovation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute Strategic Plan on Short to Medium Term
- Identify Growth Opportunities
- Identify business opportunities for Business Development to lead
- Ensure implementation of commercial settlements with Customer.
- Systematic handover of awarded business to Project Management.
- Brand Management
- Customer Relationship Management
- Create healthy work environment and growth plan for subordinates
- Create Opportunities for Innovation
- RFQs Handling & negotiations
Job Specification:
- Able to prepare the business Projections & Sales Plan
- Ability to drive plans for meeting mid term & long term business goals.
- Should be inspired and excited in identifying and scoping new opportunities
- Has the last word in Customer Engagements in Contracts and Proposals by commanding Respect and Authority
- Ability to inspire and develop high performance teams across multi-cultural & multi-location.
