We're Hiring — BIM QA/QC Engineer | BIM Tree LLP | Ahmedabad (On-site)
At BIM Tree, we deliver BIM models and coordinated documentation for projects across the GCC, USA, and India. As our packages scale, quality is what keeps us trusted — and we're looking for a QA/QC person who takes real pride in catching what others miss.
What you'll do
- Run QA/QC checks across BIM models and drawing packages at every submission gate
- Verify model quality, standards compliance, naming, and data integrity against BIM Execution Plans
- Check drawings against design intent, specifications, and BOQ, and flag coordination clashes
- Catch presentation and annotation issues before issue — title blocks, revisions, dimensions, callouts, legibility
- Log findings clearly and close the loop with the modelling team
What we're looking for
- Architecture / Civil / Engineering background with hands-on BIM production or checking experience
- Strong Revit skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Solid grasp of modelling standards and coordination workflows
- Familiarity with GCC / international drawing standards is a plus
- Facade shop-drawing and As-Built / redline reconciliation experience is a strong advantage
- We're open on years of experience (3-7 years)— from sharp mid-level reviewers to seasoned QA leads. Show us how you think about quality.
