About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Luxury Sales Associate ( Backend Sales no customer facing ) to join our team. This is a backend sales role focused on generating sales through cold calling, WhatsApp communication, and broadcast campaigns. This is not a retail store or customer-facing position. The role is target-driven and ideal for candidates who are confident in sales conversions and relationship building.
Job Title: Luxury Sales Associate (Backend Sales no customer facing)
Location: MG Road, South Delhi (Near Sultanpur Metro Station, Yellow Line)
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Role Full time onsite / No remote

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience (mandatory).
Candidate from fashion, premium retail, or high-end luxury brands is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with target-based sales and outbound calling.
Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business and customer engagement.
Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales through outbound cold calling and WhatsApp communication.
Engage potential customers via WhatsApp messages and broadcast campaigns.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
