+ Ensuring that front and rare GPS devices are started ON timely and affixed in truck.
+ Ensure that truck seals are affixed timely.
+ BOL copy details from reporting time till sealing time are updated accurately.
+ Ensure that Rack ID, GPS Tracker ID and seals are updated accurately.
+ BOL should be signed before leaving DC and signed at Warehouse once delivery is completed.
+ At the time of unloading racks ensure that Seals are checked by Warehouse receiving person and only then seal cutting done.
+ After delivery of all racks BOL should be signed by Supervisor, Driver and Warehouse receiving perrons.
+ One delivery completed and BOL signed same needs to be reported to Control Tower.
+ Ensure that all packing material and PPE Kits are return back once delivery completed and inventory should be updated.
+ Any unforeseen event or incident occurred same should be updated timely to Control tower.
+ Labours refresher training should be conducted on regular intervals.

**Position Summary**
Responsible for managing end-to-end Air and Ocean Import operations, leading the import team, ensuring excellent customer service, timely billing, customs compliance, and efficient coordination with customers, overseas offices, transportation providers, and Customs House Agents (CHA).
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Manage and oversee Air and Ocean Import shipments from initiation to delivery.
+ Coordinate closely with customers, overseas offices, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and proactive communication.
+ Lead and support the Import Operations team to achieve service and operational objectives.
+ Ensure timely billing, invoice dispatch, portal uploads, approval tracking, and payment follow-up.
