We are a New York-headquartered lab-grown diamond company with offices across the USA and India. We are looking for a sharp, organized, and reliable Personal Assistant to work directly with our Founder at our Andheri West office.

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (On-site)

Time: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Managing the Founder’s daily schedule, booking meetings, and making sure the day runs smoothly.
• Using Excel to update business sheets, track projects, and organize data clearly.
• Handling professional emails and messages, acting as the main bridge between the Founder and the team.
• Booking flights, hotels, and managing schedules for business trips.
• Keeping track of the Founder’s to-do list and sending timely reminders so deadlines aren't missed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken and written English. You can write professional emails and communicate clearly.
• You must be very comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to organize data.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
• You are sharp, notice the details, and can solve problems independently.
• You can handle confidential business and personal information with total privacy.

As we continue to grow, we are building our own jewelry brand from New York. Our manufacturing factories are located in Surat, and we have supporting creative and operational teams in Mumbai (Andheri West) and Delhi.

We are looking for a creative and research-driven Script Writer who can transform ideas, stories, and concepts into compelling scripts for branded content, digital films, and social media videos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop original concepts and write engaging scripts.
• Conduct thorough research on assigned topics.
• Write voice-overs, narratives, dialogues, and story structures.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative teams during ideation and production.
• Adapt scripts for different formats, including YouTube, reels, and branded films.
• Revise scripts based on feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
• Ensure factual accuracy and storytelling quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in scriptwriting, content writing, journalism, or storytelling.
• Strong command of English.
• Excellent research and narrative-building skills.
• Understanding of visual storytelling and film language.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Portfolio of previous scripts, films, articles, or storytelling projects.

We’re expanding our team and looking for a Video Editor who can create impactful, cinematic, and social-ready content. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, excellent pacing sense, and the ability to craft visually engaging videos tailored for modern platforms.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality reels, brand films, promo videos, and campaign content
• Craft engaging narratives through strong pacing, transitions, and music selection
• Work closely with the cinematography and creative teams to bring concepts to life
• Maintain consistent brand style across all video outputs
• Add basic motion graphics when required (text animations, transitions, product highlights)
• Stay updated with trends in editing, transitions, effects, and social media content
