Job Description

Lead regional sales operations by driving revenue growth, expanding channel networks, developing high-performing sales teams, and strengthening market presence through strategic sales and business development initiatives.


Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute regional business strategies to drive growth and strengthen market position.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, assess gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  • Expand dealer and retailer networks to increase market reach and penetration.
  • Strengthen brand presence through distributor and retailer engagement, and sales promotion activities.

Financial

  • Monitor, analyze, and report sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
  • Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with business objectives.
  • Align regional sales initiatives with company financial goals and revenue expectations.

Process & Execution

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities using market insights and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Organize dealer meets, product demonstrations, presentations, and represent the company at industry events and trade exhibitions.
  • Execute marketing initiatives across channels in coordination with the communications team.
  • Lead special business programs such as Loyalty Engagement and Sales Acceleration initiatives to improve market penetration and customer engagement.
  • Ensure effective implementation of company policies, schemes, offers, and discount programs among dealers, retailers, and influencers.

People & Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity, performance, and target achievement.
  • Provide product and sales training to dealers and sales representatives to enhance capability and effectiveness.
  • Manage sales force deployment, monitor vacancies, and ensure adequate manpower availability.
  • Review and validate sales reports, expense statements, and claims while conducting regular field visits with sales teams and dealers.


Qualifications


  • Any Graduate with PGDM/MBA
  • Experience managing sales teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
