**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Provide technical and clinical leadership during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of Ultrasound products, including potential uses, product capabilities, and customer benefits.
+ Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective-based system training for customers and channel partners; monitor and report on training outcomes.
+ Develop and deliver product training to customers on equipment usage.
+ Monitor customer installations of ultrasound products within the assigned territory/region to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
+ Support trade shows and professional conferences by conducting product demonstrations and customer training sessions.
+ Leverage market and product knowledge to assist the sales team in developing effective sales, marketing, and customer service strategies.
+ Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region; responsible for training the sales and dealer teams periodically to enhance their capabilities.
+ Penetrate competitive accounts and provide current market intelligence to the business.
+ Promote new product features (NPI) and clinical techniques; collaborate with customers to develop training plans and strategies that support new product adoption and ongoing training needs in Ultrasound.
+ Serve as the focal point for the modality/team by identifying customer satisfaction issues, assisting with escalations, resolving problems, and addressing specialty training requests.
+ Advocate for and support the adoption of hybrid training delivery models for customers.
+ Maintain well-documented pre- and post-training records in alignment with global guidelines.
+ Responsible for pre- and post-sales support of ultrasound systems. Responsibilities include conducting clinical activities such as workshops, CMEs, webinars, and hands-on training.
+ The incumbent will be based as per requirement and will support the LCT (Local Customer Team) or the Region depending on the scope of priority.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree/ Diploma with 5+ years of experience in MNC as Ultrasound applications is required.
+ Experience in Fetal Medicine, General Imaging, OB/GYN, Vascular Sonography, and Cardiology applications is essential
+ Ultrasound technical/clinical industry experience is required, along with any applicable certifications.
+ Good knowledge of 2D, Doppler, and color flow imaging, with experience in 3D and 4D imaging (especially for OB/GYN).
+ Must be willing to travel up to 75%, both within and outside the assigned geographic region.

**Educational Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering/electrical engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related computer field, with 3+ years of software design & development experience.
**Required Skills:**
+ 3+ Years of experience in Software Development for complex projects of global nature. Practical experience in engineering product development processes on cross-functional programs with a focus on related engineering discipline.
+ Practical experience in understanding and developing Medical Image Acquisition applications.
+ Strong expertise in C++ programming (in a Linux environment will be a plus), Java knowledge or hands on is desirable.
+ Good understanding and practical experience in usage of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Programming (OOP) concepts and Unified Modelling Language (UML).
+ Strong Analytical, Debugging and Problem-Solving skills.
+ Experience with industry software development practices, tools and environments including practical usage of version control management (GitLab), Defect Tracking Tools and Debuggers.
+ Strong verbal/written communication skills.
+ Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver without supervision while using their discretion to seek help when necessary.

+ Experience in working with Shell/Perl/Python scripting.
