The Tender Cost Control Manager ensures the continuous support and updating of the cost basis of the cost calculation applications in tendering. He oversees and standardizes processes, tender documentation and provides support for multi-unit offers within the GIS-PL.
The work area consists of two parts.

**Required Qualifications**
+ Candidate must hold a Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 12 or More years of experience in the design or engineering field
+ Should have a working experience in one or more of the CAD tools like AutoCAD / Creo or Equivalent 3D Modelling tool / Any of the PDM tools like Windchill
+ Candidate must possess strong oral and written communication skills
**Desired Characteristics**
+ Experience in GIS / AIS / Substation engineering or Design will be an added advantage.

+ Perform DCS database configuration with GE system.
+ Preparation of Design document, engineering document for projects
+ Perform FAT and SAT activity with worldwide units.

+ Thorough knowledge of all parts of IEC 61850 standard for communication networks and systems in power substations. Familiarity with communications practices and procedures of electrical utilities.
+ Detailed knowledge of Ethernet networking; wired / wireless and Switch technologies
+ Strong organizational, communication skills and a proactive / open approach to conflict resolution
+ Flexible and adaptable; open to change and modification of tasks, display initiative
+ Able to share ideas and work well in a team environment.

+ Working Knowledge of DS Agile Software is preferred
