**What is the job about?**

**Your main responsibilities** :
+ Responsible for DSP & SP Management (Evaluation/Assessment of existing Service partners and Identification and addition or new Service Providers/ Domestic Service Partners across.
+ Competency development of Service Network by conducting timely trainings/workshops for Service Teams of Sales partners across India.Building Spares opportunities - Accountable for Service revenue growthopportunities, promote service offering and revenue generation model thru Service partners
+ Ensure warranty claims are dealt with in a fair and timely manner for all parties concerned ensuring that due process is followed and all necessary Administration tasks are completed to ensure traceability of jobs.
+ Ensure timely and accurate input and analysis of data in FAS so that Issues are monitored and resolved as quickly and effectively as possible.
+ Ensure quick turn around and reliability of repair of serviced productsDevelop a continuous improvement approach to service repair and implement corrective actions thru QC/Product Manager.
+ Provide back-up support for the handling of incoming calls on service and technical enquiries.
+ Maintain a high level of customer communication with regards to open and pending service jobs.
+ Maintain a high level of professionalism in the execution of the role and in all customer communications.
+ Any other reasonable duties as requested, commensurate with the position. Should be open the travel for at least 15days in month within regions and across regions.
**Your Background** :
+ Should have completed Diploma/ Bachelor Engineering with 4-5years for experience in Customer Service portfolio.
+ Work in Service Portfolio & conversant with field services for handling Customer Service Complaints
+ Experience driving well-defined processes for Customer centricity in service environment.
+ Ability to participate in work with processes or projects.
+ Ability influence others and follow processes.

Your main responsibilities include:
+ Develop robust automation test frameworks using Python for embedded systems.
+ Exposure to interface & handle PCBs and embedded devices.
+ Design and maintain scalable, modular, and secure test scripts adhering to Python best practices.
+ Integrate automation workflows with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related tools.
+ Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues across Windows and Linux environments.

As our new Software Development Engineer, you will be designing, developing, and testing embedded software for cutting-edge products, working with microcontroller architectures and communication protocols to deliver robust, high-quality solutions. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Embedded Software Development team, you'll create impact by Developing reliable embedded software that drives Grundfos products forward, directly contributing to sustainable water and energy solutions worldwide.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and test embedded software components in C for microcontroller-based products, including display products
- Develop and maintain communication drivers and protocols such as RS232, RS485, I2C, SPI, and Modbus
- Perform hardware debugging and testing using oscilloscopes, multimeters, emulators, and OCD tools
- Create and execute unit tests, support test automation, and contribute to continuous integration pipelines using Jenkins and Git
- Produce high-quality technical documentation including high-level and low-level design specifications
- Collaborate with global agile teams to deliver structured, modularized embedded software solutions
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a hands-on embedded software engineer with strong C programming skills, a quality-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures while simplifying complex technical challenges. We would also imagine that you have:
- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics or related field with 4-7 years of embedded software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Embedded C programming, RTOS concepts (e.g., ThreadX), and MCU architectures
- Hands-on experience with communication protocols (RS232, RS485, I2C, SPI, Modbus) and hardware debugging tools
- Experience with version control (Git), CI tools (Jenkins), and unit testing frameworks (e.g., CPPUnit)
It is a plus if you also:
- Experience with Renesas MCU families (RX, V850, RL78) and IAR Embedded Workbench
- Experience with software development and test automation for display products
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and test automation
