With a strong international presence and advanced technology, we’re now expanding rapidly in India’s growing solar + ESS market — and we’re looking for a Channel Sales Manager to help us build lasting partnerships and drive growth.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow distribution networks across India for solar inverters, battery storage, and hybrid systems.
- Identify, recruit, and manage local partners, EPCs, and system integrators .
- Deliver on sales targets and expand our market presence.
- Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities to shape strategy.
- Work closely with technical support and marketing teams to ensure partner success.
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions .
- Report on sales performance and provide market feedback to HQ.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Business .
- 5-7 years’ experience in channel/distribution sales in the solar or energy storage sector(Especially sales experience in string inverters).
- Proven track record in B2B sales & partner management .
- Strong understanding of India’s renewable energy ecosystem .
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or regional languages a plus).
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for green energy .

Job Description
Looking for an experienced and energetic professional interested in joining a fast-growing and diverse team aimed at provide better Smart Energy solutions to our customers. The individual should be self-driving, responsible, a quick learner and a problem solver. If you are this unique individual, we’d love to meet you.
In this role you will:
- Responsible for regional technical service responsibility
- Responsible for the sell-through and post-sales activities in the region
- Provide technical advice to customers on product, installation, and system operational matters
- Ensure proper resolution to customer inquiries and warranty service requests
- Work with 3rd party service providers to perform service-related issues
- Conduct regional product/technical training, seminars and webinars
- Liaise with HQ to resolve customer issues
- Gather product intelligence information, perform competitor analysis
- Lead or participate in projects and process improvement activities
- Provide sales and marketing support as needed
We are looking for:
- Bachelor or above holders in Electronics and Electrical or other related majors
- Self-motivator with a minimum of 5 years related experience in the solar industry is a must
- Good communicator with fluent English and native languages
