As we expand our presence in Jaipur, we are looking for passionate and result-oriented Admission Counsellors to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries.
- Counsel students and parents regarding various courses and career opportunities.
- Explain course curriculum, eligibility, fee structure, scholarships, and career prospects.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Convert leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead follow-ups.
- Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities whenever required.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & CRM).
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Counselling, Sales, or Customer Service will be preferred.
