Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role located in Bengaluru. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring statutory compliance, managing audits, and providing tax planning and advisory services. Additionally, the role includes supporting ERP implementation, offering regulatory and transactional advice, handling virtual CFO tasks, and assisting in strengthening financial processes and control systems. Collaboration with clients to resolve operational and financial challenges will also be a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Accounting Standards, and Audit Procedures
- Keen understanding of Direct and Indirect Taxation, Tax Planning, and Compliance
- Experience in ERP Implementation, Process Improvement, and Financial Control Systems
- Strong knowledge of Regulatory Practices including M&A Transactions and Corporate Laws
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
- Prior experience in a similar role or in providing client-oriented services is advantageous
- Strong proficiency in financial tools, accounting software, and systems will be a plus

Role Description :
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant Article Trainee for a full-time, on-site role offering hands-on exposure to accounting, auditing, taxation, AI-enabled tools learning and process automation, and regulatory compliance . The role includes an attractive stipend and alternate Saturday holidays , depending on workload
Qualifications :
- Strong foundation in accounting principles, auditing concepts, and direct and indirect taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with accounting software and ERP tools is an advantage.
- Interest in AI-enabled tools, process automation, and technology-driven work practices.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
