Business Development Executive
Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
Travel: Frequent travel across India
We are currently hiring for two functions:
(1) Sales / Business Development and
(2) Logistics / Customer Support.
Final role allocation will be based on the candidate’s aptitude, experience, and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Sales / Business Development
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, dealers, builders, hotels, and institutional clients.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and site visits across India.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
- Identify new business opportunities and gather market intelligence.
Logistics / Customer Support
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Track shipments, deliveries, and customer orders while maintaining accurate records.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding orders, timelines, and documentation.
- Prepare invoices, dispatch documents, and logistics reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Work closely with sales, procurement, and operations teams to resolve customer and logistics issues.
- Support process improvements to enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Design aptitude and an eye for aesthetics, layouts, materials, and customer preferences.
- Willingness to travel extensively within India.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in furniture, hospitality, architecture, interiors, building materials, or related industries.
- Ability to prepare professional presentations and basic business reports.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
