We're Hiring! Role : Executive Assistant & Process Coordinator to the MD
Mokalbari Kanoi Tea Estate is a single-estate Assam tea producer growing tea since 1876, with our leaf sold across Europe, America, and parts of Central Asia. Based in Kolkata, we're looking for someone to work directly with our Managing Director as they scale operations.
Location: Near Maidan Metro Station, Kolkata (Onsite)
Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 / month
This is not a conventional secretarial or admin role. We need an exceptionally skilled, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant & Process Coordinator (EA + PC) to act as the MD's right hand — driving business execution, not just managing schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD's priorities, calendar, strategic meetings, and travel
- Draft high-quality emails, letters, presentations, and business documents
- Maintain and analyze company MIS, trackers, and reports using advanced Excel and internal software
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs, and action-item dashboards
- Bridge the MD with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders — following up firmly until deliverables close
What We're Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline
- 3–5 years' experience as an EA, Process Coordinator, Secretary, or similar high-level coordination role
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable using AI tools like Claude / Microsoft Copilot to boost efficiency
- Exposure to workflow automation, CRM, or platforms like MIDAP is a plus
- Strong ownership mindset, assertive follow-up skills, and ability to work independently
- Preference for candidates within approximately 45 minutes of Maidan Metro Station
