+ Assist the Plant HSE Lead in driving HSE cultural transformation and ensuring its sustenance.
+ Coordinate and oversee the implementation of all Health, Safety, and Environment programs and processes across plant operations.
+ Manage and maintain the Fire Safety Systems of the plant.
+ Lead the Behavioral observation system, including reporting, analysis, and corrective actions on top at-risk behaviors.
+ Participate in Root Cause Analysis of incidents, potential and serious near-miss cases; facilitate closure of identified actions; and maintain HSE incident data with timely reporting as per organizational standards.
+ Support site personnel and HSE standard owners in building their capabilities and implementing HSE standards effectively.
+ Provide Health and Safety expertise for all identified projects and change management activities within the plant.
+ Organize and conduct Safety Committee meetings, and maintain their Minutes of Meeting.
+ Assist in preparing training modules and ensure the execution of training programs in collaboration with the Education and Training Pillar Lead.
+ Support in identifying HSE-related projects and assist in preparing HSE asset requisition proposals with all relevant information, developed as a business case.
+ Lead and/or support the execution of HSE-related projects.
+ Review and analyse the lead indicators and plan the actions accordingly.
+ Support the Project team in ensuring safe execution of all projects.
+ Obtain HSE-related data from various functions and upload it to Enablon (an online database platform).
+ Obtain the required qualification for the HSE Pillar and act as a backup Pillar Lead.
+ Help the site achieve and maintain "Audit-Ready" status through continuous governance and follow-ups.
+ Interact with Government officials in coordination with the Mondelēz Liaising Representative.

+ Anchor Projects for **improving GE** (Global Efficiency) with implementation of Right IL6S standards
+ Material **Planning** as per plan and subsequent actions
+ Driving Zero Loss Mindset among SFCs at Ground and building right direction setting of Loss linkage with Standards plan to improve reliability
+ Facilitating **Management Review** of production line Performance on Monthly Basis
+ Drive SGA agenda at the site
+ Active Participation in Site DMS and providing right direction setting
**Morale and People**
+ Production Line Staff and Team Members **Training needs identification** and **Training Calendar** development
+ Deliver Quarterly **Training and Refreshers** to production team on Standards on Quality, Process and EHS
+ Capability to handle unionised employees and ER situations
+ Good people leader and having good interpersonal skills
**Reports (Generation, Circulation and Analysis)**
+ Daily Plant Performance KPIs and MIS
+ Weekly Enhancements on Material Usage Variance
+ RM Test reports
+ FG Test reports
+ EHS Portal Update
+ SAP - Inbound, Production and Outbound (RM/PM/FG)
+ Periodic Quality KPIs Performance report
**Education / Certifications:** Engineering (Mechanical / Electronics & Instrumentation /Electrical / Degree in Engineering) as applied to manufacturing operations in food processing, chemical, electrical and mechanical operations.
**Job specific requirements:** Desirable blend of experience for 5-8 Years in Production role. Should have considerable experience in Manufacturing Shift operations anchoring process improvements, production and capacity planning and line de-bottlenecking and active contribution in Food Safety management systems.
**Work schedule:** Shifts will be 24x7 distributed in 3 shifts
Within Country Relocation support available and for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
