Job Description
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Newspaper Designer to join our Hindi daily, Nava Bharat. Started in 1934, Nava Bharat is Central India's premier Hindi Newspaper. Operating a total of six editions at Bhopal. Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Chhindwara, and Satna.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and layout daily newspaper pages in Hindi, ensuring visual appeal and readability
- Collaborate with editorial teams to translate content into engaging layouts
- Create infographics, and visual elements to enhance news presentation
- Maintain consistency in typography, grid systems, and overall visual identity
- Handle breaking news layouts under tight deadlines
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience as a designer (preferably in publications)
- Proficiency in QuarkExpress, Indesign, Photoshop and Adobe creative suite
- Knowledge of infographic design and data visualization
- Strong understanding of Hindi & English typography and layout conventions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Attention to detail and strong visual sense
