Key Function Knowledge/Deliverables :
- Responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customers equipment.
- Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers to ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
- Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
- Attending the service calls like Breakdown, Regular Maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Executing Erection and Commissioning at customer end.
- To give the service visits: a). warranty b). out of warranty c.) AMC
- Follow up for PO from customer for parts quotation ref with service report.
- Maintaining proper records of all the service calls and preparing various monthly reports. (Warranty service Visit –without charge, Out of warranty visit: chargeable)
- For sale of spare parts need to coordinate with respective RO and get it dispatched through regional depot.
- In cases where parts are not available in the local warehouse need to coordinate with Plant for further procedure.

- Background in servicing of Material handling /Construction equipment’s.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to be empathetic, positive and upbeat in all written and verbal communications.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments including production, sales, plant and Depot.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual requires a complete focus on customer
service.

Job Description
1. Prepare and finalize quotations for standard products across all channels, verticals & segments while ensuring pricing competitiveness and profitability.
2. Verify cost sheets for New product development in coordination with the Design team to ensure cost accuracy and pricing integrity.
3. Compare the Standard vs New product cost before & after actual production.
4. Review and approve Purchase Orders (POs) in the Order management system (OMS) for the Tender business.
5. Prepare commercial pricing for private and government tenders in collaboration with the respective Architect team, ensuring compliance with pricing policies and tender requirements.
6. Verify product costs for all new product launches and determine Recommended Selling Price (RSP) for tender business. Also maintain/upload Maximum Retail Price (MRP) into CRM, OMS, and SAP systems.
7. Calculate Gross Margins (GM) for RIA approvals and provide profitability analysis to support management decision-making.
8. Prepare and analyze the monthly Estimated Budget versus Actual Profit & Loss (P&L) statements separately for the tender and Healthcare businesses.
9. Verify monthly Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for the Tender business to ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
10. If & when needed prepare the monthly Cost Roll-up and Inventory Valuation reports to support financial closing and inventory accounting in SAP.
11. Prepare and implement periodic price list revisions for the Tender business based on cost changes, market conditions, and management approvals.
12. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate costing, pricing, and system updates.
13. Provide financial analysis and commercial support for pricing decisions, product launches, profitability improvement initiatives, and other management requirements.
14. Perform financial due diligence for new business opportunities by analyzing financial statements, business models, and investment. Study the Financial of current market leaders of these new opportunities & share the relevant inputs to management .
15. Prepare Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) evaluations, including investment justification, payback period analysis, and financial feasibility for new machinery and equipment purchases. 16. Conduct comparative cost analyses between imported materials, local procurement, and in-house production to support sourcing, manufacturing, and cost optimization decisions.
17. Prepare project/tender wise budget vs actual cost & margin comparison.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business opportunities with State and Central Government departments, PSUs, and other government institutions.
- Manage the complete government sales cycle, including enquiry generation, tender participation, bid submission, negotiation, and order closure.
- Handle Government registrations and ensure compliance with procurement and tendering processes.
