An upcoming hospitality brand is looking for an experienced professional to run a mixed development of resort + villas in the AV bioregion.
What we're looking for:
* 5+ years running or managing a hospitality establishment (resort, boutique hotel, villas, or F&B-led property)
* Hands-on operator — comfortable with guest experience, F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, staffing and P&L
* Someone who can build a team and systems from the ground up, not just maintain them
* Based in / willing to relocate to the Auroville–Puducherry area
