About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to join our Plant Administration team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in administration within a manufacturing environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the plant.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative activities and provide operational support to the plant.
  • Maintain records, files, registers, and other administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate housekeeping, security, pantry, and office maintenance activities.
  • Monitor office and plant consumables, stationery, and inventory, and raise purchase requisitions as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors for facility management and service requirements.
  • Assist in managing employee transportation, accommodation, and other administrative arrangements, if applicable.
  • Handle inward and outward courier, dispatch, and document management.
  • Support visitor management and ensure proper gate entry procedures.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, employee engagement activities, and training logistics.
  • Monitor office assets and maintain asset records.
  • Prepare administrative MIS reports and maintain necessary records.
  • Ensure cleanliness, workplace discipline, and adherence to administrative policies.
  • Coordinate with HR, Production, Purchase, and other departments for administrative support.
  • Perform any other administration-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent).
  • MBA/PGDM (Operations/HR) or relevant qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Administration, Facility Management, or Manufacturing will be preferred.

About the Role


As a Key Account Manager – Modern Trade, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with our key Modern Trade partners. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned retail accounts, ensuring business objectives are achieved through effective account management, sales growth, supply chain coordination, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities


Client Relationship Management


* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key Modern Trade accounts.

* Understand customer business objectives and develop growth strategies.

* Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and internal cross-functional teams.

* Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, service issues, and operational challenges.


Account Planning


* Develop annual and quarterly business plans for assigned Modern Trade accounts.

* Identify opportunities for new product listings, promotions, and category expansion.

* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to execute account strategies.

Communication & Negotiation

* Analyse sales trends, category performance, and promotional effectiveness.

* Recommend corrective actions to improve business performance.


Market Analysis & Strategy Development


* Stay updated on retail trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.

* Identify new business opportunities within existing Modern Trade accounts.

* Work closely with the Marketing team on in-store promotions, visibility initiatives, and product launches.

* Develop strategies to increase market share within assigned accounts.


Requirements


* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Modern Trade Sales, or FMCG Sales.

* Experience handling Modern Trade accounts such as Trent, Reliance Retail, D-Mart, Spencer's, Metro, or similar organised retail chains.

* Strong communication, relationship management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/ERP systems.

* Strong analytical, planning, and business management skills.


Preferred Qualifications


* MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Manager – Head Office to manage end-to-end accounting operations supporting our e-commerce and retail distributor channels. The role involves maintaining accurate books of accounts for multi-channel sales operations, managing distributor receivables, ensuring GST compliance across channels, and coordinating closely with Sales, operation, and other teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on SAP experience and prior exposure to e-commerce and distribution channel accounting in FMCG or retail environments.


Key Responsibilities


Financial Management & Accounting

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts for e-commerce and retail distributor channel operations.
  • Ensure timely recording of all financial transactions related to sales and channel-specific expenses.
  • Monitor channel profitability and operational costs; analyze and report variances to management.
  • Manage and reconcile distributor accounts, trade receivables, and payment collection tracking.
  • Implement strong internal controls for channel transaction management and expense tracking.

GST & Tax Compliance

  • Ensure comprehensive GST compliance across all sales channels (e-commerce, distributors, direct retail).
  • Manage GST classification for different product categories and sales channels.
  • Oversee Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation and optimization across channels.

  • Ensure proper GST treatment for different e-commerce transaction types.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing and sales on promotional spend tracking.

Team Supervision & Process Management

  • Supervise accounts executives and channel accounting staff.
  • Provide guidance, training, and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
  • Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
  • Prepare financial reports and MIS for channel performance analysis.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization in channel accounting.


Qualifications

  • CMA / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / M.Com / B.Com


Experience

  • 5–8 years of accounting experience with mandatory exposure to multi-channel sales operations, e-commerce, or distribution channel accounting.
  • Preferred experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce companies with distributor and online sales channels.


Must-Have Skills

  • Strong GST knowledge and hands-on compliance experience across multiple sales channels (MANDATORY)
