Job Description
This DevOps Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the company's application DevOps environment. This includes designing, implementing, and supporting the on-premise and Cloud-based application servers and automating code deployments. In addition to supporting the day-to-day operations this individual will also be responsible for assisting the Developer, Application, and Database Teams with new system design, implementation and testing of mission critical business systems. This role involves ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of development and production environments, automating processes, and implementing best practices in software development and deployment.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ **CI/CD Pipelines:** Design, Implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to facilitate seamless code integration and deployment
+ **Automation and Scripting:** Develop and manage automation scripts to streamline processes, including deployment, scaling and monitoring of applications
+ **Infrastructure Platform Management:** Oversee and maintain web servers, Saas, PaaS and Cloud services that support the software development lifecycle
+ **Monitoring and Logging:** Set up and manage monitoring and logging systems to ensure the health and performance of applications and infrastructure
+ **Collaboration:** Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to support agile development and improve efficiency
+ **Security and Compliance:** Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
+ Maintain and configure SSL Certificates on internally-facing and externally-facing web servers
+ Assess complex projects with a variety of requirements, quickly and correctly prioritize tasks, provide accurate time estimates, and complete tasks in a timely manner while communicating changes and updates
+ Stay up-to-date on evolving infrastructure technologies, especially as it pertains to application deployment
+ Provide remote support for our global operations
+ This position will require participation in a rotating on-call schedule for 24x7 global support.
**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent experience required
+ 3 years experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
+ 3 years experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub, Terraform)
+ Nice to have administering application servers - IIS
+ Proficiency in scripting languages like powershell is a plus
+ Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
+ Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
+ Ability to work independently and as a member of an international team

Actively maintain global emissions, vehicle systems and other product certifications for off-road vehicles as assigned. Implement new regulations and industry standards. Potential to provide local product compliance team leadership at the Bangalore Technology Center as needed to support growth.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Obtain and maintain global regulatory certifications of Polaris off-road vehicles as assigned.
+ Implement regulatory requirements for new products and international markets.
+ Ensure vehicle compliance with CPSC, US EPA, CARB, Environment Canada, European Commission, and other global regulatory agencies.
+ Participate in periodic compliance status and continuous improvement meetings with the vehicle development and product compliance teams.

+ Plan and coordinate with engineering, product management, and manufacturing to incorporate regulatory requirements in product specifications and validation plans.
+ Provide input to Polaris industry association technical committee representatives as requested and stay informed of new requirements in assigned countries.
+ Conduct and support product development process (PDP), part release system (PRS), and Bill of Material (BOM) compliance reviews and prepare required deliverables.
+ Maintain and support development of automated compliance systems at Polaris.
+ Support tracking of pre-certification units and emission-related defects.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ M.S. or B.S. degree in Engineering or technical field with a minimum of 7 years of motorized vehicle product compliance experience.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with global partners.

The Simulation Center of Competence (CoC) at Polaris Bengaluru plays a critical role in driving virtual product development, ensuring that Polaris vehicles meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, safety, and refinement.
As part of the Durability Team, you will be responsible for simulating real-world usage scenarios to evaluate and enhance the long-term durability of vehicle structures. This role focuses on identifying and mitigating structural risks early in the development cycle, reducing dependence on physical prototypes.
As a Senior Durability Engineer, you will lead end-to-end durability simulations, including virtual model building which should correlate with physical model. RLDA (Road Load Data Analysis), fatigue life prediction, and CAE-test correlation. You will utilize advanced simulation tools to deliver high-fidelity models & results.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Strong experience in FE modeling at component, subsystem, and full-vehicle levels
+ Support full vehicle durability integration for both on-road and off-road (terrain) vehicles
+ Expertise in FE model integration and contact setup at the full-vehicle level
+ Perform simulations in ANSYS, including static, modal, transient, and nonlinear analyses
+ Correlate of CAE results with physical test data

Polaris is seeking a qualified tariff classification expert. This position requires a deep working knowledge of various country tariffs, as well as the respective country's rulings, decisions, and other authoritative publications to maintain a compliant classification program. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled at successfully arguing and defending accurate classification positions, as well as drafting, submitting, and monitoring ruling requests.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- Conduct research and establish Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classifications across multiple regions by applying legal notes, Rulings and country specific regulatory requirement.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, datasheets, and MSDS to support accurate classification and update in ERP system
- Coordinate with suppliers to secure blanket statements, optimizing compliance *Coordinate with engineering teams and suppliers to obtain additional technical details required for precise HTS classification. Processes and saving time.
- Adhere to established escalation procedures and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop HTS classification rationale documents for products as required.
- Support the Free Trade team in resolving HTS‑related queries and expedite product classification for BOM qualification and supplier Solicitation.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to gain a thorough understanding of product features and specifications, ensuring accurate classification.
- Conduct periodic reviews of customs rulings and assess their impact on Polaris classification logic and rationales.
- Contribute to building an effective Classification decision tool.
- Assisting on live Broker requests and working on import audit process.
- Complete and update compliance forms (DOT, NRCan, TC tire, etc.) and COO details and Perform compliance audits such as DOT, licensing requirements, COO, etc.
- Handle Section 232 tasks and ADD/CVD processes.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED** :
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Any degree in engineering background (Mechanical engineering or Automobile engineering will be an added advantage)
- 2-4 years of HTS experience. (Automotive experience is added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of the Harmonized System (HS) and its structure, including the rules, regulations, and guidelines/Legal notes for accurate product classification.
- Skilled in interpreting technical Drawings, BOM, Material compositions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Good networking skills, along with verbal and written communication skills.

Polaris Industries, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our Dealer Web Applications team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern, scalable, and secure full-stack web solutions that empower Polaris dealers and enhance customer experiences. You will play a key role in shaping cloud-native applications using the Microsoft web stack, mentoring team members, and driving engineering excellence in a fast-paced, agile environment.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**System Design & Architecture**
+ Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications using Angular (currently v19), C#, ASP.NET Core, and Azure services
+ Be involved in architectural decisions and advocate for best practices in system design, code quality, and application performance
+ Champion modern UI/UX principles and responsive design for dealer-facing solutions
+ Ensure solutions are cloud-native, leveraging Azure services for scalability and reliability
**Full Stack Development & Engineering**
+ Develop high-quality, testable code across the stack (front-end, back-end, APIs, and cloud services)
+ Ensure robust unit and integration test coverage; contribute to test automation frameworks
+ Document technical decisions, implementation details, and API specifications
+ Support and maintain deployed solutions, legacy systems, and participate in operational support
+ Optimize application performance and scalability, including distributed caching (Azure Cache for Redis)
**Security & Compliance**
+ Apply secure coding practices, including authentication/authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect), data encryption, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI).
+ Implement API security best practices, rate limiting, and threat detection.
**Team Leadership & Collaboration**
+ Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement

**System Maintenance & Operational Support**
+ Administer and enhance existing applications and legacy systems

**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years of experience in full-stack web application development using Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET Core (minimum .NET 6, preferred .NET 8), and MVC
+ 1+ year experience with Angular (v13 or above, preferred v19), Angular Material, and Typescript
+ Strong experience with Azure cloud services (Functions, App Service, API Management, Service Bus)
+ Proven experience designing, deploying, and supporting RESTful and GraphQL APIs
+ Relational database experience with SQL Server; experience with Entity Framework.
+ Responsive UI development and cross-browser compatibility expertise
+ Active in writing and running unit and integration tests
+ Experience working in Agile environments
+ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
**Nice to Have:**
+ Experience with SSIS
+ Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse or Microsoft Fabric for advanced data engineering
+ Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB or MongoDB
+ Knowledge of GraphQL for flexible and efficient API design
+ Familiarity with AI integration in applications, including use of GitHub Copilot

JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for the high level design and integration for International B2B portal and backend ERP systems. Effectively partners with product manager, project managers and application developers in defining business processes, writing functional specifications and ensuring that the solution meets needs of business by performing thorough validations. Demonstrates passion for strengthening and enhancing business results via software solutions.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**System Design, Validation and Implementation**
- Transforms requirements into software design
- Leads in producing deliverables including database layouts; application modules; and user interface mock-ups
- Documents functional design specifications and communicates with software developers/programmers
- Leads team to resolve questions and issues during development cycle
- Defines test cases and scripts
- Performs system testing and leads user acceptance testing and end to end test cycle
- Executes implementation tasks and ensures successful go-live
- Coordinates with developers to identify and implement the performance and stability improvements
- Supports QA automation team in terms of identifying opportunities, prioritization and test result validation
- Performs the configurations/set ups in the application.
**Gathering Requirements and Analysis**
- Analyzes current and future state business processes
- Evaluates alternatives and defines a recommended system approach
- Leads in producing deliverables including business process flows; use cases; and storyboards
- Facilitates project and administrative meetings
- Responsible for ensuring that the systems meet needs of the business through user acceptance testing

**System and User Support**
- Provides application support to INTL Ordering portal users

**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
**Required**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Design, Computer Information Systems or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a .NET/Optimizely B2B or equivalent portal Analyst role performing system analysis and writing functional specifications
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple project assignments
- Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to effectively communicate with non-technical audience.
