Business Development Executive/Manager (US Staffing Industry)
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Professional to drive new client acquisition and strengthen our market presence across USA. The ideal candidate will have experience in staffing, recruiting, or services-based industries, with a strong ability to build relationships, understand client requirements, and generate qualified opportunities for the delivery/sales teams.
Required Education:
· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
Preferred Education:
· Master's Degree in Marketing or related field
Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
· Experience: 1 to 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within US Staffing Industry (India)
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, polished, and personable approach.
· Prospecting Skills: Comfortable initiating conversations with new clients, engaging decision-makers, and building rapport quickly.
· Work Style: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
· Tools & Technology: Familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound prospecting best practices.
· Team Orientation: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the company with credibility and warmth.
· Mindset: Hungry, curious, resilient, and driven—understands that business development is a long-term, relationship-driven process.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
· Proactively identify, research, and engage new prospective clients through outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn, calls, and warm introductions where possible)
· Build and manage a consistent BD pipeline, from initial outreach through qualified meetings and handoff to delivery/sales leadership
· Develop a strong understanding of Rose’s service offerings (IT, professional, clinical, etc.) and clearly articulate our value proposition to potential clients
· Collaborate closely with recruiting and account teams to ensure realistic, well-aligned opportunities
· Track outreach activity, meetings, and pipeline updates in CRM and provide regular progress reporting
· Stay informed on market trends, competitor positioning, and client hiring needs to tailor outreach effectively
