Job Description

Purpose of the Role

To provide overall leadership, governance, and operational management of the site, ensuring delivery of all facility services in line with client expectations, operational standards, safety requirements, and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

A. Site Operations Management

  • Lead overall facility operations across technical and soft services.
  • Ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Monitor operational performance and compliance.
  • Manage site escalation handling.

B. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
  • Conduct governance meetings and business reviews.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancement.

C. Team Leadership & People Management

  • Lead multidisciplinary facility teams.
  • Drive performance management and employee engagement.
  • Ensure adequate staffing and training.
  • Foster collaboration and accountability.

D. Financial & Budget Management

  • Manage site budgets and operational costs.
  • Monitor invoicing, billing validation, and cost optimization.
  • Support procurement and contract management.
  • Ensure financial compliance and reporting.

E. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and client requirements.
  • Support HSE implementation and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure audit readiness and governance compliance.

F. Vendor & Contract Management

  • Oversee vendor performance and SLA adherence.
  • Conduct vendor review meetings.
  • Support contract negotiations and renewals.

G. Reporting & Governance

  • Prepare operational MIS and dashboards.
  • Conduct management reviews.
  • Present operational performance updates to stakeholders.
  • Monitor KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering ( Electrical), Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.

Experience

  • 8 - 10 years in facilities management or integrated workplace management.
