Position Overview
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Social Media Manager to own and elevate our brand’s digital presence. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across all social platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X), responsible for developing strategy, creating engaging multimedia content, and building a thriving online community.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media culture, understands how to turn brand goals into viral or high-performing content, and uses data analytics to constantly optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Content Creation
- Develop, implement, and manage our comprehensive social media strategy to align with broader marketing goals and increase brand awareness.
- Concept, shoot, edit, and write high-quality, platform-native content daily (with a heavy emphasis on short-form vertical video like Reels, TikToks, and Shorts).
- Maintain a robust, organized social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic publishing cadence.
2. Community Management & Engagement
- Actively monitor social channels, engaging with followers, responding to comments/DMs, and fostering an active, loyal community.
- Adopt and maintain the brand’s unique voice, tone, and visual identity across all interactions.
- Monitor industry trends, viral moments, and cultural conversations to insert the brand safely and effectively into relevant narratives.
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including engagement rates, follower growth, reach, and conversion metrics.
- Translate raw data and platform analytics into actionable insights to continuously improve content performance and strategy.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify industry benchmarks and new growth opportunities.
4. Collaboration & Campaign Execution
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Creative, Copywriting, PR, Product, and Customer Support) to support product launches, brand campaigns, and events.
- (Optional/If applicable) Oversee influencer marketing outreach, managing relationships and co-creating content with creators.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience managing social media channels for a brand, agency, or high-growth business.
- Platform Expertise: Deep, firsthand knowledge of algorithms, formatting, and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile video editing tools (CapCut, InShot) and graphic design platforms (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Tools: Experience with social media management software (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer) and native platform analytics.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional copyeditor and storyteller with a sharp eye for visual aesthetics. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly when trends change.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience with paid social media advertising (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads).
- Basic photography or lighting skills for on-the-fly content capture.
