**The Opportunity**
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for Navi Mumbai R&D, supporting ~200+ employees across critical global functions.The role combines direct HRBP ownership and site HR responsibility to enable business growth under the organization's strategy.
**How You'll Spend Your Day**
+ Partner with R&D leaders all R&D functions to drive people agenda

**Your Skills and Experience**

1. Assisting the cross functional department (Finance/SAP/HR/ADMIN)
2. Monitoring Daily Temperature Record
3. Coordinating with the cross functional teams (Vendors, Procurement, Treasury, Vendor Payments, Formulation, Analytical, Production site Team) for the one receipt of materials required for FRD team.
4. Identify the Non-Moving/ Expired all types of materials (Raw/Pack/RLD/Exhibit samples) and circulate the list for destruction
5. Procurement of stationery & House Keeping materials. Maintain the stock of the same
**Your Skills and Experience**
+ B.COM/B.A or any other equivalent degree.
+ A minimum of 7+ years of Warehouse and allied activities preferably in R&D warehouse set up.
+ Hands on experience on ERP (SAP)

**The Opportunity**
The Procurement Financial Planning & Governance Lead is responsible for ensuring that EXM Procurement teams are following defined ways of working in order that procurement-driven value is **financially accurate, validated, and embedded within corporate planning processes** . This role serves as a bridge between Sourcing Teams and Finance (Finance/Decision Support), ensuring that sourcing activity is being captured accurately and consistently by EXM Procurement teams in order that procurement impact is translated into measurable P&L impact with consistency. **How You'll Spend Your Day**
+ Onboard new team members to implement consistency in completion of the savings framework (e.g., cost reduction, cost avoidance, value creation)
+ Establish clear traceability of EXM Procurement's maintenance and reporting of sourcing impact
+ Ensure alignment with EXM Procurement teams that systems are used consistently and updated with appropriate frequency
+ Partner with Finance (Finance/Decision Support) that reporting dashboards are complete / accurate

+ Partner with category teams to identify ways to strengthen should-cost models and long range savings planning

**Your Qualifications and Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
+ 3-5+ years of experience in procurement, finance, or FP&A
+ Experience in savings tracking, financial planning, or performance management
+ Strong understanding of P&L structures, budgeting, and forecasting processes

**How You'll Spend Your Day**
+ Serve as initial point of contact for Veeva Global GxP business questions related to QMS and EDMS processes.
+ Act as a primary business liaison with IT support (FAS) for operational support activities
+ Lead updates to system-specific SOPs, WIs, CBTs as driven by business needs.
+ Review and approve master data requests as needed.
+ Assist with triage and review of system standard releases, new feature requests, and business enhancement requests for feasibility with IT.
+ Participate in system change request/release review and prioritization meetings (Change Advisory Boards) with IT, Compliance, sites, and other internal functions as needed.
+ Support Global Business Owners during enhancement/change request reviews, including managing global business reviews and compiling feedback
+ Ensure ongoing operational activities for the Veeva Global GxP system are aligned with global processes and standards.
+ Support various Veeva Global GxP program phases with project activities as needed (e.g. data migration and cleansing, testing, etc.
+ Conduct additional business training as needed post go-live to support site adoption
+ Partner with appropriate functions (Business, IT) to provide issue resolution.
+ Escalate issues to management as needed
+ Participate in system periodic and user access reviews.
+ Act as backup Global Business Owner for system validation activities for operational changes as needed (e.g. assist with gALM reviews/approvals as needed)
+ Provide updates in Quality Global/regional/leadership meetings as needed.
+ Any other tasks assigned by the management for smooth functioning of the team.
**Your Skills and Experience**
+ 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
+ Master's degree in pharmacy or other natural sciences or bachelor's degree in pharmacy or other natural sciences
+ Good knowledge in Veeva Global GxP, QMS and EDMS processes.
+ Good knowledge of Computerised Systems.
+ Experienced with primary business liaisoning with IT support (FAS) for operational support activities
+ Should be ok with Hybrid model of work

**How You'll Spend Your Day**
+ Ensures that the review of CMC documentation is completed in timely & compliant manner as per Teva CORP standards and related Guidance's.
+ Review of Method Development/Validation Protocols & Reports, Stability Protocols & Reports received from various Teva contracting sites, R&D units, Method Development & Stability Testing Centres.
+ Review of Instrument/Equipment Qualification records.
+ Review of BMR.
+ Ensures that the Product Quality Reviews / Annual Product Reviews for Teva products are completed in a timely and compliant manner as per Teva's CORP Quality Management systems. PQR/APR compilation and approval must be well associated with the Teva Manufacturing Sites, Global Quality Units and Commercial affiliates to meet the targets and ensure compliance.
+ Compilation of high quality Annual Product Reviews (APRs) / Product Quality Reviews (PQRs) for products manufactured at various manufacturing sites and retrieve data from the Quality and regulatory databases and system
+ Liaising with third party contract manufacturers and QA/QC/Technical support personnel located globally for data collection and arranging responses.
+ Recommend actions and professionally communicate to sites/ Quality units for continuous improvement in quality of products
+ Receives guidance from Supervisor, Group Leader, Manager Global Quality Services, Associate Director Global Quality GBS, other Managers in Quality Strategy & Shared Services, EMSO Quality affiliates, Commercial Quality EU & IM, TGO sites
**Your Skills and Experience**
+ 2 to 8 years of experience in QA / QC function in the pharmaceutical industry
+ Master's Degree in Pharmacy or other natural sciences or Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or other natural sciences
+ Basic knowledge on worldwide cGxP regulations
+ Good English language skills, other language skills could be helpful
+ Good communication skills
+ Basic knowledge of Computerised Systems. Knowledge of Systems in TEVA´s IT landscape (TrackWise, SAP, LIMS, Global Insights, Glorya etc.) would be of advantage
+ Basic understanding of manufacturing, QC and Contract manufacturing processes
+ Engagement to drive improvements and ability to manage complexity
+ Hands-on experience on Analytical Method development, Method Validation for API and FP of different analytical methods (e.g. Assay, impurities, dissolution etc.) & Stability Studies.
+ Hands-on experience on Review of Instrument/Equipment qualification records.
+ Basic knowledge / hands on experience of review of BMR.
+ Basic knowledge / hands on experience on Product Quality Reviews.
