We’re looking for an experienced Digital Operations Lead to drive and transform Service Integration & Management (SIAM) , Testing capabilities and AI Ops via Observability across APAC. This role will be pivotal in transforming IT operations into a centralized, high-performing hub model—ensuring seamless, reliable, and efficient service delivery across markets. You will play a key role in connecting platforms, partners, and services , while enhancing user experience and operational excellence across the APAC Markets region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SIAM Transformation
- Drive transition and transformation from OpCo-led operations to a centralized APAC hub
- Lead service integration across multiple vendors and platforms
Own Service Management & Governance
- Establish strong governance, reporting, and performance frameworks
- Act as the regional SPOC for service management , Central help desk ,Testing & AIOps Observability capabilities
Enhance User Experience
- Own end-user experience and drive NPS improvements
- Align IT services with business value and priorities
Drive Operational Excellence
- Govern and improve monitoring, SRE, observability, AIOps, and cloud ALM services
- Ensure secure, stable, and efficiency environments not limiting to Prod environments.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as a key interface between Regional teams, OpCos, global teams and suppliers
- Manage contracts, performance, and value realization
Financial Ownership
- Drive cost efficiency, supplier governance, and roadmap / planning cycles
- Bring visibility to regional spends and derive short term and long term Optimization initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in IT / Digital Operations – BOT (Build, Operate and Transform) expereinces
- 8 yrs Years experience in managing external vendors, resources and contracts
- 8 years of working with senior business stakeholders, influencing and working with OpCo’s
- 5 years’ experience of leading large teams in multi-cultural environments, multi partner teams
- Strong expertise in IT Operations via SIAM , central help desk, Testing capability and AIOps
- Experience with multi-vendor, multi-country environments, sharing best practice, knowledge and expertise
- Nice to have - Observability tool experience – New Relic / equivalent
- Agentic AI experience and passionate for driving AI use cases
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complexity
- Strong leadership in matrixed, global organizations

Job Description
Job purpose:
Indirect Tax Specialist acts as a tax process expert, a self-reliant process
performer, focused and specialized in delivery of Tax
compliance (mainly VAT): means delivery of VAT returns, Excise Duty returns and other local Indirect Tax Reports.
Key responsibilities:
1) Completes all Tax related accounting activities and tax compliance activities upon which tax reporting depends, including control checks of transactional data to identify any errors or anomalies.
Resolving errors/anomalies by engaging with OpCos/other business streams
• Preparation and timely, accurate delivery of VAT returns,
• Preparation of local statutory accounts - analysis and reconciliation of GL indirect tax accounts in line with local legislation
• Completes Period End Close activities related to VAT accounting - VAT
clearings entries,
• Preparation of payment requests,
• Preparation of ad hoc Tax reports
2) Supports Tax reviews, statutory and Tax audits and ad hoc requests,
3) Contributes to continuous improvement by proposing ideas, participation in
projects and applying any agreed changes to the processes,
4) Works with PtP, RtR, OtC and Opco Tax Teams to ensure that errors are properly corrected and that remedial action has been taken to minimize the likelihood of similar errors in future.
5) Handles the Tax queries from OpCo. Filter function - be first point of contact
for transactional Tax questions (questions which would not have influence on
business decisions)
6) Initiates and supports Tax changes required into system ERP System and other Platforms
7) Revises tax compliance process: implementation of ‘4 eyes’ policy, internal reviewer role
Functional Reporting line:
Indirect Tax COE Lead
Qualifications/ Experience / skills required per job levels:
Must have:
1. Bachelors or master’s in finance, Accounting or Tax Law
2. 4+ year work experience in Tax advisory and/or VAT return preparation
3. Experience of using ERP accounting system and Excel, good working knowledge of Outlook
4. Excellent written and verbal English (C1)
5. End-to-end MtC/StP process understanding (i.e. understanding why VAT is important in these processes, and at which points it's relevant)
6. understanding of data points relevant for VAT determination
7. Team player must have experience in a multi-national work environment,
8. Proactive & stakeholder orientated
9. Very strong analytical skills. Must be numerically accurate with a “good eye for
detail”, thorough, organized and consistent
Nice to have:
1. Background in RtR, PtP / OtC processes
2. Experience in implementation of change during improvement of process
3. Proven project management skills
4. Professional TAX certification
Language(s):
Excellent written and verbal English
