Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Identify new sales prospects, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads from initial contact to closure, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication throughout the sales process.
  • Research, Identify, contact and onboard new direct Fortune 500 customers
  • Extensive market research experience to identify prospective clients and maintain a target client list
  • Arrange business/client meetings with prospective clients and effectively present/communicate our services.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Achieve staffing services Objectives and reach Gross Revenue/Margin goals

Job Requirements :

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Development for US IT staffing
  • Proven track record in business development management with a focus on client acquisition and retention.
  • Must have hands-on experience in market research to generate new leads
  • Strong understanding of US market trends, regulations (MSP), and best practices for logo-based branding.
  • Excellent cold calling skills for generating new leads; ability to convert them into paying customers.
  • Generate and maintain $2-3 million in annual revenue
  • Maintain a minimum of 5 billing customers
