Hardware Knowledge

  • Strong fundamentals in analog and digital circuits

  • Basic knowledge of power electronics (half/full bridge topologies, Power control)
  • Component selection including MOSFETs/IGBTs and protection circuits

Design and Development

  • Schematic design, BOM creation and PCB layout review
  • Basic EMI/EMC-aware design practices
  • Coordinate with vendors for PCB fabrication and assembly
  • Support PCB bring-up, testing and debugging

Product Development & NPD

  • Experience in new product development lifecycle (NPD/NPI)
  • Support design validation and iteration cycles
  • Exposure to DFMEA or basic risk analysis
  • Work with cross-functional teams and support product launches

Testing & Validation

  • Thermal evaluation of power components
  • Full product testing and functional Validation
  • Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions

Programming Skills

To lead and manage all administrative operations across South and West regions, covering branches, plants, warehouses, offices, and other company sites. Regional Operations Across Sites

  • Oversee day-to-day admin and facility operations across all South & West region sites
