We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Playwright for web application test automation. The ideal candidate should have experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks, creating robust test scripts, and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
- Build and enhance automation frameworks for web applications.
- Create, execute, and maintain functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end test suites.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and support defect resolution.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to quality engineering best practices.
- Ensure test coverage, maintainability, and scalability of automation assets.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Test Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
- Experience with any of the following language combinations:
- Playwright + TypeScript/JavaScript
- Playwright + Java
- Playwright + C#
- Playwright + Python
- Experience in automation framework development and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of web application testing concepts.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar.
- Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
