**Your New Role** **:**
The Senior, Content Library Technology and Quality Assurance supports the day-to-day conform and rejection workflows that keep the CLaW function running across Burbank, Hyderabad, and Mexico City. Working under the direction of the Supervisor, this role carries out assigned workflow tasks, processes and resolves rejections, and helps uphold the team's performance and quality standards. The Specialist applies hands-on technical expertise in conform and rejections operations, performs first-line troubleshooting, and escalates complex or higher-risk issues to the Supervisor. This is a granular, execution-focused role that supports the same goals as the broader team while building deepening subject-matter expertise.
**Your Role Accountabilities:**
+ Execute daily conform and rejection workflow tasks to meet assigned schedules, performance targets, and quality standards.
+ Apply hands-on subject-matter expertise in conform, delivery, and rejections to process work accurately and efficiently.
+ Follow approved policies and work plans set by the Supervisor, and surface ideas for improvement.
+ Perform first-line troubleshooting of rejections and related technical issues, escalating complex cases to the Supervisor.

**Meet Our Team:**
The Commerce group is part of the Core & Data organization within WBD's Global Tech division. Our services handle all aspects of monetizing our streaming services. This includes everything from managing products, pricing, and promotions; selling subscriptions and pay-per-view events; integration with 3rd party providers for global and local payment methods; handling taxes, fraud, financial reporting, and much, much more. We provide the backend APIs that power all our clients, and our teams own design, build, maintain, and are responsible to both deploy and operate our services. **Roles & Responsibilities:**
+ Proficiency in Python and PySpark/Spark
+ Experience building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Infrastructure Analyst to join our Global Technology Operations Center (GTOC). The role is responsible for 24x7 monitoring, triage, and operational support of WBD's corporate infrastructure environment, including network, server, storage, virtualization, and platform services.
The successful candidate will serve as a key operational resource for incident management, infrastructure monitoring, service restoration, vendor coordination, and change execution, while ensuring service availability and operational excellence across global environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Infrastructure Monitoring & Operations**
+ Monitor WBD corporate infrastructure, including network, server, storage, virtualization, and platform environments.
+ Proactively monitor and respond to alerts from tools such as:

+ BigPanda
+ PagerDuty

+ Perform daily health checks and identify operational risks before they impact business services.

**Incident Management**

This new role will report into the Director, Manager, or Supervisor of the Library Conform Team and will aid in prioritizing work for the editing team, locating material, coordinating the delivery, and ingesting the material into our MAM system once conform is complete. Ensuring the integrity of data with our Data Governance team, coordinating scheduled work with the editors, and supporting the library conform process. ROLE SUMMARY
The Physical Security SOC Operator will be responsible for monitoring, assessing, documenting, and escalating physical security incidents across Warner Bros. Discovery facilities and operations. The role requires continuous monitoring of CCTV systems, access control platforms, alarm systems, life-safety systems, and other security technologies to ensure timely response to security events and operational disruptions.
The successful candidate will work closely with site security teams, facilities management, emergency responders, business stakeholders, and corporate security leadership to maintain a safe and secure operating environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Physical Security Monitoring & Incident Management
+ Monitor CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, panic alarms, life-safety systems, and other physical security platforms.
+ Identify, assess, and respond to suspicious activities, security incidents, unauthorized access attempts, and emergency situations.
+ Conduct initial incident assessment and determine appropriate escalation paths.
+ Coordinate with on-site security personnel and relevant stakeholders during security events.
+ Maintain continuous situational awareness of facilities and critical operations.
Emergency Response Coordination
+ Support emergency response activities for medical incidents, fire alarms, facility disruptions, workplace violence concerns, and other critical events.
+ Initiate emergency notification and escalation procedures as required.
+ Coordinate communication between security personnel, facilities teams, and management during incidents.
+ Monitor incidents through resolution and ensure proper documentation.
Access Control & Security Systems Management
+ Monitor and administer access control requests and alarm events.
+ Verify access-related incidents and investigate unauthorized access attempts.
+ Support visitor management processes and credential-related inquiries.
+ Ensure proper operation of physical security systems and escalate technical issues when identified.
Operational Reporting & Documentation
+ Prepare daily activity reports, incident summaries, and shift handover reports.
+ Maintain detailed incident logs and case documentation.
+ Record security events accurately within reporting and case management systems.
+ Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding ongoing incidents and operational concerns.
Compliance & Process Adherence
+ Follow established corporate security procedures and SOC operating protocols.
+ Ensure compliance with security policies, site procedures, and regulatory requirements.
+ Participate in emergency exercises, security drills, and business continuity activities.
+ Support security audits, investigations, and compliance reviews as required.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

**THE JOB**
The Sr. Staff, Cybersecurity Risk Management is responsible for leading the assessment, governance, and continuous improvement of cyber risk across WBD's global technology environment. This role drives a risk-based, data-driven approach to identifying, quantifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risk across cloud, application, infrastructure, and production systems.
A core responsibility of this role is owning and evolving the global cybersecurity risk exception process, and the security risk register, including defining governance, evaluating compensating controls, and ensuring consistent risk-based decision-making across the enterprise.
This role partners closely with Product Owners, Business Control Owners, Technology Operations, DTC, and Engineering teams to embed risk management into the SDLC and operational processes, while leveraging deep technical expertise in cloud architectures, vulnerability management, and control evaluation.
The position requires hands-on engagement with modern security tooling and architecture, enabling the translation of complex technical risk into actionable business insights and measurable risk reduction outcomes.
**RISK OVERSIGHT & TECHNICAL GOVERNANCE**
+ Own and continuously enhance the enterprise cybersecurity risk management framework, aligned to NIST, ISO, PCI, SOX, SWIFT, and internal standards
+ Lead end-to-end risk assessments across cloud, infrastructure, application, and third-party environments
+ Drive risk quantification and prioritization based on business impact, exploitability, and control effectiveness
+ Oversee the enterprise risk register, including identification of systemic risks and aggregation of risk themes
+ Evaluate security control design and effectiveness, recommending remediation and compensating controls
+ Assess complex environments leveraging expertise in solution architecture, system integrations, and modern technologies (e.g., microservices, APIs, containerized workloads, AI, and cloud identity/security models)
+ Apply advanced knowledge of secure SDLC practices (CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, integration patterns) to assess risk and validate controls
+ Own and govern the global cybersecurity risk exception program, including lifecycle management, standardization, and continuous improvement

+ Standardize exception documentation, validation, reporting, and periodic review processes
+ Drive reduction of exception volume and recurrence through root cause analysis and systemic remediation initiatives
+ Ensure consistent exception handling across global teams, platforms, and environments, and integration into the enterprise risk register
+ Partner with Legal, Compliance, and business teams to embed risk-based decision-making into enterprise processes
+ Monitor the evolving threat landscape and adjust risk posture, assessments, and priorities accordingly
+ Support and lead cyber security compliance assessments globally across WBD, improving control design and compliance with WBD policies
**STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP, BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP & ENABLEMENT**
+ Act as a trusted advisor to technology and business leaders on cybersecurity risk decisions
+ Translate technical risk into clear, actionable insights that inform prioritization and investment decisions
+ Drive adoption of enterprise risk methodologies, frameworks, and tooling
+ Lead cross-functional initiatives to:
+ Reduce recurring risk exceptions
+ Improve enterprise security posture

**REPORTING & ANALYTICS**

+ Develop and deliver executive-level dashboards and reporting (e.g., Power BI)
+ Provide analytics across:

+ Design and maintain data-driven reporting models and pipelines integrating data from ServiceNow IRM, Tenable, Wiz, Brinqa, and other platforms

+ Support executive, audit, and regulatory reporting requirements
+ Partner with VM, cloud, infrastructure, and application teams to:

**THE ESSENTIALS**
+ 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity risk, compliance, or related technical domains, including leadership of complex initiatives
+ Deep expertise in:
+ Cyber risk frameworks (NIST, ISO, PCI, SOX)
+ Vulnerability management and risk prioritization
+ Cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern application architectures
+ Security control design and compensation control strategies
+ Strong technical understanding of:

**Overview**
As a **Sr. Staff Data Architect** , you will occupy one of the most senior technical leadership positions within our Enterprise Data & AI Organization. You will treat data as the ultimate enterprise asset, establishing the foundational architecture, governance, and strategy for our entireprise data lakehouse.
Your primary mandate is to design and govern the **AI Context Layer** for the entire enterprise. You will oversee the complete lifecycle of **45+ data products across our Studio, Finance, and Enterprise domains** , transforming a massive multi-domain data ecosystem into an interconnected, machine-readable semantic engine. This is a highly influential role requiring a unique blend of visionary enterprise architecture, deep mathematical/logical modeling, and a "builder" mindset capable of writing code and shipping rapid proofs-of-concept to validate cutting-edge AI data frameworks.
**Role & Responsibilities** **:**
**Enterprise Ontology & Semantic Governance**
+ **Multi-Domain Canonical Modeling:** Lead the rationalization and creation of cross-domain canonical models (e.g., content hierarchies, unified customer identity spines, financial ledgers) that seamlessly unify data across deeply siloed source applications.
+ **Universal Semantic Layer Governance:** Set the technical standard and reference architecture for a universal semantic layer across **45 distinct data products** , ensuring unified definitions of complex metrics and business entities across Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.
+ **Architect the Enterprise AI Context Layer:** Define, scale, and govern the global Enterprise Ontology (abstract domain maps, business entity classes, and entity-relationship rules) that serves as the backbone for Agentic AI, LLM grounding, and GraphRAG systems.
**Rapid Prototyping & AI-Assisted Engineering**
+ **AI-Native Prototyping:** Leverage modern AI-native development environments (such as **Cursor, GitHub Copilot** ) to rapidly generate, iterate, and document blueprints for complex enterprise data schemas and metadata layers.
+ **Hands-on Proof of Concepts (PoCs):** Actively build, code, and deploy functional, lightweight PoCs to stress-test and validate semantic architectures, semantic views, and AI context-retrieval mechanisms before handing them off to core engineering squads.
**Well-Architected Frameworks & Platform Scalability**
+ **Establish the Well-Architected Data Framework:** Define and enforce enterprise pillars for data architecture-focusing heavily on scalability, absolute data integrity, fault-tolerant schema evolution, and FinOps-driven cost optimization.
+ **High-Performance Execution:** Ensure that semantic abstractions do not compromise physical database execution, optimizing massive, denormalized lakehouse engines for sub-second analytical and real-time AI retrieval performance.
+ **Automated Data Contracts:** Implement and mandate automated data quality frameworks, CI/CD schema pipelines, and data contracts across domain boundaries to protect downstream AI agents from upstream changes.
**Collaboration & Communication:**
+ Help us stay ahead of the curve by working closely with data engineers, stream processing specialists, API developers, our DevOps team, and analysts to design systems which can scale elastically.
+ Work closely with business analysts & business users to understand data requirements.
+ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
+ Help build and maintain foundational data products such as but not limited to Finance, Titles, Content Sales, Theatrical, Consumer Products etc.
+ Work with data platform product teams to bring the new features into live through PoC evaluations, feasibility checks, TCO rationalization.
**Qualifications & Experiences:**
+ **12+ years of deep data architecture and engineering experience** , with a proven trajectory of operating in a Staff, Principal, or Enterprise Architect capacity.
+ **Scale and Scope:** Demonstrated success governing, designing, or managing large-scale data lakehouses containing **dozens of concurrent data products or domains** in production.
+ **Platform Mastery:** Deep, expert-level architectural command of at least one major modern lakehouse ecosystem- **Snowflake** (Dynamic Tables, Cortex, Horizon), **Databricks** (Unity Catalog, Delta Live Tables), or **Microsoft Fabric** -alongside underlying cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
+ **Advanced Modeling Expertise:** Absolute mastery over diverse data modeling languages and paradigms-including Relational, Dimensional (Kimball), Data Vault 2.0, and Graph/Ontological modeling frameworks.
+ **Hands-On & AI-Augmented:** Must be highly proficient in Python, SQL, and modern AI development acceleration tools ( **Cursor** , LLM-prompted code generation) with a strong desire and ability to write code and spin up rapid, validating PoCs.
+ **The "Enterprise Data Translator":** Outstanding executive presence and communication skills, with a track record of translating highly abstract semantic concepts (ontologies, knowledge graphs) into compelling business value narratives for C-suite and business stakeholders.
+ Natural ability to navigate high-ambiguity environments, steer multi-million dollar architecture roadmaps, and align disparate technical engineering teams around a singular enterprise vision.
