Job Description

WHACK Sports is looking for a sharp, reliable professional to work closely with our senior management team — coordinating meetings, managing communications, and keeping key actions on track — while owning and running our customer service function.

This is primarily a leadership liaison role. You'll be the person senior managers rely on to stay organised and follow through, and you'll also take full ownership of customer service — running it day to day, not just stepping in when needed.

What you'll do

  • Support senior leaders with diaries, meeting coordination, notes and briefing packs
  • Sit in on leadership meetings, capture actions, and chase them through to completion
  • Liaise between senior management and other teams — including coordination between our Indian and Australian offices
  • Prepare simple performance and operational reports for leadership
  • Own and run customer service, including chat and email queries, resolving issues efficiently and managing escalations
  • Set the standard for how customer service is handled, and keep process guides and documentation current

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and follow through independently
  • Discretion and reliability when handling sensitive information
  • Prior experience in an executive assistant, leadership support, or similar coordination role is highly regarded
  • Comfortable owning and running a customer service function, not just handling individual queries

What we offer

  • A senior-facing role combining leadership liaison with genuine ownership of customer service
  • Direct, regular contact with senior management
  • A supportive, fast-growing retail business
  • Regular check-ins and performance reviews

If you're an organised, capable professional who thrives supporting senior leaders — and wants real ownership of a customer service function, not just a supporting role in one — we'd love to hear from you.
