What you will be doing

Accountable for the accurate collection and documentation of  business requirements from Financial and Corporate processes stakeholders to develop SAP system solutions using S4/Hana . This includes the creation designs, requirements, solution definition, test scripts, defect identification and resolution and training plan. Develops, mentors and facilitates associates to create a team environment for the functional area/business unit and IBS that enables members to develop professionally and that values diversity, promotes teamwork and collaboration; emphasizes quality, customer satisfaction, creativity and cost effectiveness. Directly participates in daily support activities of the SAP (S4/Hana)  IT team and plays a key role in systems solutioning and development relative to Financial processes. Interacts with business stakeholders and various other IT process team members to ensure that specified business needs are met; assists in the post-implementation analysis to ensure that requirements are fulfilled. Works closely with a dynamic team of process and technical professionals who assist in issue resolution and solution delivery. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with business subject area management and IT senior management. Writes clear, complete functional specifications for the development team. Responsible for becoming completely familiar with existing design and enhancements. Understands and help influence data and interfaces between SAP and external systems. Ensures coverage, execution, and remediation of test activities (e.g. unit, integration, user acceptance). Supports the deployment of production systems and provides post-production support. Analyzes change requests and determines appropriate solutions. Updates configuration as needed and works with developers to modify programs and ensures adequate end user testing and acceptance of all system changes.

What your background should look like 

Experience & Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Or equivalent work experience.
• SAP Application configuration and implementation skills required. 
• 10 or more years of SAP FI/CO  experience.
• 2 or more full life-cycle implementations of SAP ( at least 1 in S4 Hana)  which must include requirements gathering, blueprinting, functional testing, and SAP configuration.
• 5 or more years of experience in production support environment
• Requires working knowledge of business operations & accounting, as well as broad systems solution development

Preferred Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Lean Six Sigma ITIL, ITSM Certifications Skills & Knowledge: Behavioral Skills: Decision Making Coaching & Mentoring Multitasking Planning Prioritization and Organization Problem Solving Technical Skills: Application Design and Management Data Security Database Management Systems Information Security Strategy Server Technologies Software Design and Testing Technical Documentation Tools Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite Business Intelligence Tools like Tableau, Power BI Programming and Development Languages - JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, SQL CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce Spine Mapping: P4 Priority:2
