End User Services- Sr Analyst

Full Job Description

• on expertise in configuration of Apple, Microsoft and Video Conference devices.
• personalized support to VIP users at Head office and at Residence for their official and personal Apple, Microsoft, and VC devices.
• VIP users & Chairman and family at their residence for any IT-related issues.
• Service Desk team members in resolving complex issues with IOS and Microsoft devices.
• the Video Conference / AV team and vendors in successfully conducting EGM/AGM meetings.
• remote support to Global VIP users for their IT-related concerns.
• expertise in managing MS 0365 License suite including EMSE3 Licenses, Intune, SCCM
• expertise in managing various products in End user Backup like Commvault
• on ITSM tools
• knowledge of working on Microsoft O365 suite & Issue resolution
• on expertise on setting up new Windows laptops, MacBooks, and personal devices for VIP users, including data transfer.
• with Asset, IT vendors, and other teams for VIP user-related matters.
• comprehensive guidance and training to VVIP and VIP users.
• knowledge of ITSM Tools like Service Now
• knowledge on Asset Mgmt. and related tool
• with Microsoft, Apple, and other major vendors to address issues unresolved by managed service Partner and local IT team.
• Communication Skills (English – Written and Oral)
• years of experience of managing VIP Users and especially at the level of MD, Chairman and at CXO level.
