• Sourcing and Acquisition : Lead end-to-end executive recruitment efforts, leveraging innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top-tier leadership candidates.
• Management : Collaborate closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs and align hiring strategies accordingly.
• Branding : Develop and implement initiatives to enhance Ion Exchange Global's employer brand and attract high-caliber talent.
• Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of qualified executive candidates, ensuring a steady flow of talent to support organizational growth.
• TA Practices : Set up and implement innovative talent acquisition practices and technologies to streamline processes and enhance candidate experience.
• Intelligence : Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform talent acquisition strategies and identify emerging talent pools.
• degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• of 15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on leadership hiring.
