Key Responsibilities:

       Fluency in multiple languages beneficial, depending on the company's international markets.

       should support the growth of their company by building a strong understanding of market issues and opportunities relevant to their industry.

       work to build strong relationships with key customers and suppliers and help coordinate the logistics of trading activities.

       Develop and implement import and export strategies to meet the company's business objectives.

       Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods between suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and customers.

       Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations, trade laws, and documentation requirements.

       Negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers to secure favorable terms and pricing for import/export transactions.

       Monitor and analyze market trends, tariffs, and trade policies to identify opportunities and risks.

       Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, purchasing, and finance to optimize supply chain operations.

       Maintain relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.

       Manage the preparation and submission of import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.

       Resolve any issues or delays related to customs clearance, transportation, or delivery of goods.

       Implement measures to minimize import/export costs while maximizing efficiency and profitability.

       Stay informed about changes in international trade regulations, tariffs, and sanctions, and advise management on potential impacts.

Qualifications:

-       Bachelor's degree in business, international trade, logistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

-       Proven experience in import/export operations, preferably in a managerial role.

-       Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.

-       Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

-       Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and data.

-       Proficiency in using trade management software and MS Office applications.

-       Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

-       Strong leadership and team management skills.

-       Certification in customs brokerage or supply chain management is a plus.
