Designation : Senior Architect

Experience : 15+ Years (Residential Projects)

Qualification : Bachelors of Architecture/Masters of Architecture

Job Location : Ahmedabad

Brief Description of the Role:

The Job involves handling of project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative, cost effectiveand functional design. Strong understanding of building designs, aesthetics, cost and design efficiency is a must.

Job Profile:

The Candidate is expected to do the following on an ongoing basis:

• Heading the design team
• Understanding and selecting building concepts and ideas based on product requirements to optimize aesthetics, functionality, efficiency and economy
• Value engineering the agreed designs and layouts
• Communicate and coordinate creativeideas and processes to outsourced Architects / Subordinates and Engineers
• Coordinate MEP, Structural and concept designers
• Understanding building bylaws, RERA requirements and calculations etc. to develop feasible plans
• Focus on the minute detailing to make the building and layout designs efficient and effective
• New product and technology evaluation and adoption

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong imagination and creative flair
• Design presentation and good drawing skills
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Ms. Office
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong mathematical skills to calculate the exact measurements and area statements etc.
