Full Job Description

Job Summary:

We need a seasoned People Operations leader with experience in managing and scaling people operations in a cross cultural context. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading employee lifecycle operations across multiple countries including India, the US, the UK, and Costa Rica. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR practices with business objectives and lead a team of HR operations team members.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of employee lifecycle administration and operations in multiple locations including operations supporting recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Develop and implement global operations plans and strategies that align with company objectives and promote a unified company culture.
  • Lead and mentor a team of early and mid career HR ops professionals, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Collaborate on, design and execute scalable HR initiatives to support a diverse and complex global workforce.
  • Collaborate with senior peers and leaders to identify and address HR challenges and opportunities within the organization.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services and support across all offices.
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication and adaptation across the organization.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform HR decisions and strategies.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring they are integrated into all aspects of people operations.
  • Own, improve and administer oversight to company's HR technology ecosystem, including HRIS, PMS, Freshservice, ATS, and analytics dashboard, ensuring data integrity, system maintenance, and user support.


Requirements:

  • 12-15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a team leader role managing cross cultural teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory environments in the US, India,UK, and Costa Rica.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to make sound organizational decisions.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
