Full Job Description

Because was founded on the idea that every modern business needs a CMO-level expert to lead its marketing efforts. Who are we looking for:


ACCOUNT STRATEGIST

Location: Ahmedabad, India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client businesses and their industry specifics.
  • Craft and refine branding, marketing, and advertising strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Convert strategic plans into well-defined, actionable tasks.
  • Oversee and manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring effective execution and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, video production, web development, and social media, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual consistency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining excellent communication and managing expectations.
  • Lead projects and contribute directly to the success of the brands under your management.
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies as necessary to keep ahead of changes in the marketplace.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an account management or strategy role within a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
