This full-time position is integral to our mission of delivering top-tier technical talent within the specified turnaround time (TAT). Our ideal candidate is a seasoned leader, experienced in guiding a team of 15-25 recruiters, with a sharp focus on outcomes, numbers, and committed to the highest standards of quality in candidate profiles.

Role: Team Lead of Recruitment (Technical Hiring)

Location: Indore HQ

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Inspire: Direct a team of 15-25 recruiters, creating an environment of growth, efficiency, and excellence in technical hiring.
• Outcome-Driven: Focus sharply on achieving recruitment goals, utilizing metrics and performance analysis to guide decisions.
• Quality Assurance: Guarantee the submission of top-quality technical candidate profiles, meeting or exceeding our stringent standards.
• Efficiency Expert: Maintain and enhance the TAT for submitting candidate profiles, streamlining processes for maximum efficiency.
• Strategic Planning: Craft and implement robust recruitment strategies that align with our tech-focused objectives and the evolving market landscape.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with tech department heads and hiring managers to deeply understand and effectively fulfill recruitment needs.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Team Lead in recruitment, specifically in technical hiring, with experience managing a team of 15-25 recruiters.
• Result-Oriented: A strong, data-driven focus on achieving technical recruitment targets.
• Quality Focused: An unmatched ability to vet and submit high-quality technical candidate profiles within ambitious deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective dialogue across all company levels.
