The role holder is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to identify and understand hiring requirements , and manager the end to end Talent Acquisition process for the corporate as well as plant requirements while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
Job Description:
- Co-ordinating with Hiring Managers for Job Description
- Keeping the Job Description repository updated
- Initiating Job Requisitions in the system
- Sourcing candidates through effective source mix
- End to End recruitment including but not limited to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer release and onboarding.
- Create and manage reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrices.
- Ensure SLA adherence wrt position closures
- Recruitment Vendor Management
- Responsible for Campus Hiring
Formal education/qualifications required:
- MBA / Masters in Human Resources
Type of knowledge, experience & skills required:
- 8-12 Years’ Experience in Recruitment
- Data Orientation
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
Business/Industry specific experience:
- Experience in Manufacturing is preferred
- Candidates with experience in NON IT domain are a good fit
