Full Job Description

The role holder is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to identify and understand hiring requirements , and manager the end to end Talent Acquisition process for the corporate as well as plant requirements while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.


Job Description:


  • Co-ordinating with Hiring Managers for Job Description
  • Keeping the Job Description repository updated
  • Initiating Job Requisitions in the system
  • Sourcing candidates through effective source mix
  • End to End recruitment including but not limited to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer release and onboarding.
  • Create and manage reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrices.
  • Ensure SLA adherence wrt position closures
  • Recruitment Vendor Management
  • Responsible for Campus Hiring


Formal education/qualifications required:

  • MBA / Masters in Human Resources


Type of knowledge, experience & skills required:

  • 8-12 Years’ Experience in Recruitment
  • Data Orientation
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues


Business/Industry specific experience:

  • Experience in Manufacturing is preferred
  • Candidates with experience in NON IT domain are a good fit
