Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of injectable treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, and collagen stimulators.
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess needs, discuss options, and set realistic expectations.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on individual client goals and facial anatomy.
- Administer other non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as chemical peels, laser treatments, and micro-needling.
- Monitor client progress and provide detailed pre- and post-procedure care instructions.
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and confidential patient medical records.
- Stay current with the latest advancements, techniques, and products in aesthetic medicine.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere strictly to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
- Educate clients on skincare and the benefits of various aesthetic treatments.
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nursing Practice (DNP or MSN) from an accredited program.
- Current RN license and NP license in the state of Odisha.
- DEA license required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with at least 2 years specifically in aesthetic medicine.
- Proven expertise in performing Botox and filler injections with excellent anatomical knowledge.
- Experience with various energy-based devices (lasers, RF, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional clinical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative medical team.
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., aesthetics) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
