Job Description
The Lead Customer Success will own the end-to-end relationship with university partners, ensuring a seamless customer experience from onboarding to renewals. The role focuses on driving stakeholder satisfaction, leading cross-functional execution, managing escalations, and helping customers maximize value from the Superset platform.
Location: Bangalore
- Lead and mentor the Customer Success team, setting clear priorities and ensuring they're equipped to deliver consistently high-quality client outcomes,
- Set up and continuously evolve processes that make renewals predictable and smooth across the university portfolio,
- Own client delight as an outcome proactively spotting gaps in the client experience and driving initiatives that close them,
- Coordinate cross-functionally with the Product team to surface and prioritize key feature requirements coming in from clients,
- Maintain comprehensive documentation around all stakeholder engagements and escalations.
- You have 3+ years of handling a team and have experience in a product based company,
- You have excellent communication abilities including the ability to listen, understand, assist rightly to the clients,
- You understand that maintaining relations is more about understanding people's psyche than just providing feature resolutions,
- You are passionate about product craftsmanship and care about great customer experience,
- Your experience working with cross-functional teams in a SaaS or a software company would be an added advantage.

Job Description

We're hiring a Customer Success Intern to manage and support enterprise client accounts at Wellness360. You'll work directly with our CS team on real accounts - handling onboarding, implementation support, and ongoing client engagement for large employers, healthcare systems, and financial institutions in the US market. This is not a back-office role - you'll be client-facing and cross-functional from day one.
What You'll Do
- Support onboarding and implementation workflows for new enterprise clients
- Monitor client health metrics and translate data into actionable insights
- Maintain client-facing documentation - onboarding playbooks, FAQs, help content
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on client communication and engagement initiatives
- Work closely with the Tech team to triage, track, and coordinate resolution of client-reported bugs and platform issues
- Relay client feedback to Product and CS teams to drive platform improvements
- Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless client experience throughout the account lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication - you'll be dealing with enterprise stakeholders
- A technical mindset - comfort with SaaS implementations, integrations, and enterprise workflows
- Background in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- Data-oriented - comfortable working with Excel, CRM tools, or support platforms
- Proactive and organized - someone who spots gaps and flags risks without being asked
