**What You'll Do**
+ Act as visa officer with the willingness to jump in and flexibility in shifts to meet client needs
+ Accepts, inspects, and processes passport/visa applications and supporting documents, ensuring all are acceptable and complete, all required information has been provided, and payments are accurate, in accordance with visa guidelines.
+ Handles inquiries and concerns related to the application process and procedures by telephone, email and in person
+ Produces and reviews all documents, meeting the specific requirements of visa & consular offices
+ Prepares all applications received for transmittal; including completing forms and mailing documents.Collects payments, issues receipts, completes daily cash reports and reconciles financial reports
+ Follows up on mailings that appear to be undelivered
+ Advises staff on new laws and policy changes affecting visa regulation and ensures compliance.
**What We're Looking For**
+ Detailed understanding of visa process for various countries
+ Knowledge and experience of: Work Visa / Business Visa / Tourist Visa
+ Experience working in a high touch service environment where performance is measured
+ Background in handling visa for Business Travel, leisure or airline reservation is required. Experience in Marine Industry is an advantage
+ Excellent Professional Communication - both written and verbal
+ Diligent - ability to act with integrity, and deal sensitively with personal and confidential traveler information

- Preparation of covering letter/ support letter for the visa application depending upon the client's needs.
- Need to adapt and learn new geographies based on the business requirements.
- Coordinate and track all immigration activities end to end process.
- Maintain MIS and reports and present bi-weekly or monthly reports to Ops head as per the requirement with detailed analysis report and trends.
Candidate Profile
- Hands on Experience in handling Business/Work/Dependent visa for at least minimum 3 years. Work experience in UK process is most preferred.
- Should have worked with the MNC or Corporate office either as employee/Implant/backend office.
- Very good communication skills both orally and written with willingness to learn
- Should know the market dynamics and trends about Corporate Immigration and client service oriented
- Good knowledge on visa processes for the UK, Ireland and Schengen region is mandatory
- Should be able to work on Excel and create reports.
