Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Incumbent should have good knowledge of domestic as well as international critical itineraries (Geographical Knowledge is mandatory)
- Should have experience in handling face to face client
- Open to work in pressure and critical situation
- Managing and building relationship with the VFS and embassies plus vendor’s in order to get timely confirmations
- Handle corporate clients with their travel requirement like visa request
- Co-ordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer, Need to adhere SLA
- Build excellent business relationship with customer groups, peers and seniors
- Ensure Travel policies are adhered
- Should be team player and manage show alone if required
