Job Description

Description
We are building Amazon's first horizontal self-serve decisioning platform - an intelligence layer that upgrades static rule-based systems into outcome-learning, context-aware decision engines. The platform serves multiple tenants across multiple organizations and domains, each with distinct adoption barriers, decision types, and stakeholder personas.
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own and execute the adoption strategy for this platform. This is not a traditional marketing role - it requires equal parts strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution in a highly technical, multi-org environment where trust is earned
Key job responsibilities
Demand Generation & Awareness
- Design and execute proof-led marketing campaigns that move system owners from unaware to actively considering the platform
- Create compelling experiential demos, case studies, and proof-point collateral grounded in production data
- Drive multi-tenant, multi-org awareness across diverse personas: system owners, engineering leads, domain SMEs, and senior leadership sponsors
Adoption Funnel Ownership
- Own the full adoption funnel: awareness → consideration → prototyping → onboarding → live
- Identify and address persona-specific barriers at each stage - awareness and perceived ROI at the top, data readiness and bandwidth commitment in the middle, trust and governance at launch
- Build and maintain tenant pipeline visibility - track where each prospect is in their lifecycle and what moves them forward
Go-to-Market Execution
- Develop and iterate on messaging and positioning that resonates with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple organizations
- Create onboarding enablement assets: tenant-facing toolkits, self-serve assessment guides, workshop playbooks, and experiential prototyping materials
- Partner with product, science, and engineering teams to translate platform capabilities into customer-facing value narratives
Cross-Org Stakeholder Management
- Navigate complex multi-persona commitment structures (builder, system owner, sponsor) across organizational boundaries
- Build relationships with decision-makers in prospective tenant orgs and drive them through consideration cycles
- Work closely with UDE organizations to align defect-driven demand with platform onboarding pipeline
Measurement & Iteration
- Define and track adoption metrics: funnel conversion rates, time-to-onboard, awareness penetration, pipeline quality
- Run experiments on messaging, channels, and engagement tactics - iterate based on data
- Report adoption health to platform leadership with actionable insights
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience communicating technical concepts and processes using clear, simple language and visuals
- Experience driving demand and managing a customer funnel across multiple channels
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience marketing horizontal platforms or developer/infrastructure tools to internal or external enterprise audiences
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption in multi-stakeholder environments where the buyer ≠ the user ≠ the sponsor
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in platform adoption within large-scale technology organizations (internal platforms, SaaS, or enterprise tooling)
- Familiarity with ML/AI product marketing - ability to credibly engage with science and engineering teams
- Experience with multi-tenant platform economics and self-serve go-to-market models
- Background in change management or organizational adoption (navigating trust barriers, consideration cycles, cross-org alignment)
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable with funnel analytics, cohort analysis, and experimentation frameworks
- MBA or equivalent experience in product marketing strategy

Job Description

Description
We are building Amazon's first horizontal self-serve decisioning platform - an intelligence layer that upgrades static rule-based systems into outcome-learning, context-aware decision engines. The platform serves multiple tenants across multiple organizations and domains, each requiring structured onboarding, cross-org coordination, and production launch governance.
We are looking for a Program Manager to own tenant onboarding execution end-to-end - from first contact through production launch and steady-state operations. This role operates at the intersection of platform product, tenant engineering, and business stakeholders - orchestrating complex multi-party programs where each tenant brings a different tech stack, org structure, data readiness level, and decision type.
Key job responsibilities
Tenant Onboarding Execution
- Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle - contract → data readiness → prototyping → shadow mode → production launch.
- Manage parallel tracks across multiple tenants simultaneously at different stages.
- Drive timelines against committed milestones, identify blockers early, and escalate decisively across cross-org dependencies.
Cross-Org Stakeholder Management
- Navigate multi-persona commitment structures (builder, system owner, sponsor) across organizational boundaries.
- Coordinate across platform engineering, applied science, BA/RA teams, and tenant-side engineering.
- Serve as the single-threaded owner tenant leadership engages with throughout onboarding.
Process Design & Operational Excellence
- Design and iterate on scalable onboarding processes - playbooks, health dashboards, RACI matrices, milestone trackers.
- Drive process improvements as the platform moves from bespoke onboarding to self-serve at scale.
Data Readiness & Pre-flight
- Drive data readiness (the #1 time sink) by providing clear requirements, checklists, and embedded support.
- Coordinate pre-flight validation: data quality gates, signal checks, and integration testing.
- Ensure contract commitments are met before prototype begins.
Governance & Launch Readiness
- Coordinate shadow mode, launch readiness reviews (circuit breakers, fail-safes, RACI sign-off), and transition to steady-state operations with support handoff and monitoring.
Pipeline & Reporting
- Maintain full pipeline visibility. Report program health with actionable metrics: onboarding velocity, time-to-production, blocker resolution.
- Partner with GTM to convert qualified demand into onboarding-ready tenants.
About the team
We operate at the intersection of product, science, and GTM - building a platform that connects decision systems across Amazon so that one signal makes all of them smarter. The platform is live with founding tenants, scaling to broad GA, and building pipeline for pan-Amazon adoption. This role is critical to ensuring that every tenant that enters the funnel moves through onboarding with velocity, quality, and trust.
You will work directly with platform leadership, applied science, engineering, BA/RAs, and tenant-side stakeholders to drive the operational machinery that turns platform readiness into production impact - one tenant at a time, then many in parallel.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years in program management, technical program management, or platform operations roles
- Experience managing multi-party programs with cross-organizational dependencies and competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to drive programs in environments with ambiguity - where processes don't exist yet and must be built while executing
- Strong stakeholder management skills - comfortable holding senior leaders accountable to commitments and escalating decisively when programs are at risk
- Track record of managing parallel workstreams (5+ concurrent programs) with clear milestone tracking and proactive risk management
- Excellent written communication - able to produce clear program documents, status reports, and playbooks that scale beyond the individual
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- Experience in platform onboarding, developer ecosystem programs, or internal tooling adoption at large-scale technology organizations
- Familiarity with data platform or ML/AI product ecosystems - comfortable navigating conversations about data readiness, model validation, and production governance
- Background in building scalable onboarding processes that reduce per-tenant effort over time (self-serve model design)
- Experience with change management in multi-org environments - driving adoption where commitment requires budget, headcount, and cross-functional alignment
Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit for more information. Vymo partners with financial institutions through a comprehensive solution that combines deep domain expertise with cutting-edge technology. Our platform's human-centric design, coupled with enterprise-grade scalability and AI-powered intelligence, delivers measurable business outcomes while ensuring high user adoption and engagement.

Recognition & Trust

● Backed by $45M+ funding from Peak XV partners (formerly Sequoia), Emergence Capital, and Bertelsmann Investments.

● Trusted by leading global financial institutions including Berkshire Hathaway, AIA, AXA, SBI Life, HDFC Bank, Aditya Birla Capital, Tata AIA, ABSLI and many more!

● Recognized by Celent in their 2024 Distribution Management Solutions report, with an Advanced Functionality ranking.

● Featured in Gartner's Market Guide for Sales Engagement Applications and recognized as a

"Strong Performer" in Forrester's Sales Engagement Wave Report.

● Microsoft 'AI for All' award winner for innovation in artificial intelligence

The Role

Credit decisions at scale — whether a loan gets approved, at what rate, under what conditions — are governed by business rule engines and decision frameworks that have been refined over decades inside banks, NBFCs, and risk analytics firms. Vymo's agentic AI systems interact with, augment, and in some cases replace components of these decisioning frameworks.

Building the right system requires someone who understands how business rule engines actually work: how rules are authored, versioned, tested, and deployed; how credit policy translates into decision logic; where the standard engines fall short and where manual override is still the norm. That is this role.

You are the person who sits between a client's risk team and Vymo's product team — making sure that what is being built reflects how credit decisioning actually works in a regulated Indian financial institution, not how a software team imagines it works. You will carry domain knowledge from the BRE layer through to the underwriting policy and credit risk framework that sits above it.

The crux of this role: you know enough about credit decisioning and BRE architecture to know which questions, asked in which sequence, reveal how a client's decision engine actually works — and what Vymo needs to build to sit alongside it or replace it.

What You Will Do

1. Client Discovery — Decode the Decision Engine

  • Diagnose architectural realities and data flows by asking targeted questions that reveal system dependencies, latencies, and integration requirements.
  • Translate discovered logic gaps into actionable visual maps and precise engineering specifications for the product team.

2. Product Requirements — Translate Decisioning Logic Into What to Build

  • Translate credit decisioning and Business Rule Engine (BRE) logic into precise product specifications for Vymo's agentic layer, defining routing, rule execution, and human-in-the-loop interventions.
  • Validate technical assumptions against BFSI deployment cycles while mapping major BRE platforms (e.g., SAS, Experian, FICO) to ensure architectural accuracy.

3. GTM Support — Lend Credibility to the Technical Sales Conversation

  • Partner with sales teams in high-stakes sessions to provide deep architectural credibility and handle advanced technical inquiries regarding BRE and decisioning systems.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client architects and risk heads, auditing technical proposals and developing GTM assets that address platform constraints and regulatory governance.

4. Industry Intelligence — Track How Decisioning Is Evolving

  • Track RBI regulatory changes—including the Model Risk Management Framework (MRMF) and AI explainability rules—alongside Indian BRE market trends to anticipate compliance demands.
  • Build a strong network of industry experts to validate core architecture choices and feed real-world market insights directly into the product roadmap.

What You will Bring

Experience & Fluency

  • Domain Background: Operational depth in credit decisioning across key sectors—whether coming from BRE vendors (SAS, FICO, Experian), bank/NBFC credit risk teams, underwriting operations, risk consulting, or credit bureaus.
  • BRE & Risk Architecture: Deep understanding of Business Rule Engine (BRE) architectures, rule authoring, champion-challenger frameworks, scorecard calibration, and baseline risk concepts ($PD/LGD/EAD$).
  • Origination & Integration Landscape: Practical knowledge of Loan Origination System (LOS) integration patterns, core platform configurations (e.g., PowerCurve, Blaze Advisor), and performance metrics like Straight Through Processing (STP) rates.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Context: Familiarity with RBI guidelines regarding algorithmic credit decisions, model risk management, explainability requirements, and cloud data localisation constraints.

Mindset & Core Traits

  • Architectural Inquiry: Driven by deep curiosity about how entire systems fit together, possessing the precise sequence of targeted questions that uncover how a client’s engine actually operates beneath the documentation.
  • Skeptical Practitioner: Operates with a healthy skepticism of stated architectures; validates system realities by analyzing deployment logs, rule histories, and exception reports rather than relying solely on official diagrams.
  • Policy-to-Logic Translation: Seamlessly bridges the gap between high-level credit policy language and structured, actionable rule engine engineering specifications.
  • Grounded Intellectual Humility: Explicitly understands the boundaries of personal technical knowledge, prioritizing accurate discovery and domain-expert networking over making unverified assumptions.
