The Central Flow Lead is responsible for managing volume and workflow of multiple Fulfillment Centers (FCs) from a remote centralized location.

- EV Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for key govt departments in assigned territories like municipal bodies, health, agriculture, PSUs , Police etc. Educate government stakeholders on the EV ecosystem, focusing on the long-term benefits and operational efficiencies of electric fleets. Advocate for the inclusion of specific EV categories in government procurement guidelines.
- Policy Mapping: Stay abreast of national and state-level EV policies , state subsidies, and battery swapping regulations to provide consultative solutions to government clients.
- "Institutional Sales Growth led by Sector - Specific Acquisitions:
- Develop and execute a roadmap to convert government fleets from Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) to Electric.
- Target and secure contracts from diverse departments, including health (ambulances), municipal corporations (waste management ), agriculture (tractors), and police departments(troop carriers), last-mile delivery, and passenger transport etc. "
- Tender Management: Monitor and lead end-to-end bidding process on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and other state-specific procurement portals. Ensure technical and commercial compliance from RFI stage onwards. Ensure product fitment.
- Vehicle Customization Liaison: Identify specific department needs and demonstrate a knack for managing vehicle customization requirements to fit institutional use cases.
